Pathon released by Saints
The Saints cleared $3.333 million of cap room by releasing wide receiver Jerome Pathon, who was entering the final year of his contract. Pathon became the third receiver last year when Donte' Stallworth finally stepped up and became the dependable starter the team had expected. Pathon caught 34 passes for 581 yards, but only one touchdown.

Yeah and so does Roy Williams , Newman wasn't as good this season as he was in his first, but I have a feeling he will be back.

Yeah it's a 4-year deal. According to the Bengals site, it's about $3 mill/year, heavily front-loaded in the first year.
