I totally cannot believe the Deadskins are considering giving Rolle a $15M signing bonus.

They have got to be the laughingstock of the NFL right now.

Actually, now that I think about it, I doubt many GM's are laughing at the prospect of Rolle receiving a $15M signing bonus.  In fact, they're probably furious @ the stupidity of it.

That $15 million figure looks familiar.  Could that have possibly been the signing bonus that Smoot wanted from the Skins to begin with?  Oh well, Pinky won't have Smoot to punk around anymore.  Samari, on the other hand, will be well acquainted with TO - as the 'taterskin CB in the TO highlight reel for the news.'

Once again, just when you think that the taterskins could have been in a position to start making a bid for 2nd place in the NFC East, they make a bank breaking deal (last year Brunnell, this year Rolle) that they will come to regret in the future.  This time, they may come to regret this one before the season hits the halfway point.

Edit:  Almost forgot - I guess this means no Randy Moss, Raider-trade screw-up or not.
