6. Boogie Nights (1997) - One of the most unexpected endings in cinema history. Mark Wahlberg's faded porn star stand in the mirror and yanks his penis out, saying with complete conviction, 'You're a farging star.' The soul of the inept, underage star still resides in the aged, coke-snorting loser. Its pathetic grandeur (both the ending and the unit on display) is unmatched. -CC

Took my kids to see Despicable Me the other day.  Since it was made by alot of the people who worked on Shrek, I was expecting a little more "adult" humor but this one was definitely geared more towards kids. Still a decent flick though and my kids had a blast.

You'll both enjoy it.  I laughed throughout but kept waiting for a few jokes to come along that only the grown ups would get and laugh at but they never came.  If you know this going in, you'll probably enjoy the movie a little more.

The only 'grown up' joke I can remember in Despicable Me was the evil bank said "formerly known as Lehman Brothers" or something along those lines.
