Anyone seen a good movie lately?

So I just watched True Romance again and I can confirm that Alabama is the hottest character of all time. 

Also, I forgot that Paul Ben Victor (Spiros from the Wire) is one of the mafia guys, adding further depth to the awesome ensemble cast.

awesome movie.  omar epps doesnt put out 10 movies a year, but the ones chooses to do are usually pretty damn good......mod squad and major league 2 being notable exceptions. 

juice, higher learning and in too deep were all great though. 

i have to disagree...not that i think omar epps is terrible actor but...

juice is pretty good until tupac starts crying like a little bitch at the end "ooooh Q dont let me go"

higher learning is like the worst tv movie ive ever seen

never seen in too deep but i cant imagine its good and have heard nothing good about it until sb


love and basketball is great and really the only good movie i can ever remember epps being in...but im open to other suggestions

i'm shocked that you didn't like higher learning.   especially since brothas beat up a bunch of white supremists. 

love and basketball is also a damn good movie but it was about a couple of black kids from middle/upper middle-class suburbia which made it completely unbelievable.  not mention, the thought of it made me slightly uncomfortable.

i've never seen it so i don't have an opinion on it.  i also didn't know that he was in it until i just looked him up on imbd.  does he have a big role in the movie or a minor part?

maybe i'll add it to my netflix queue.  never really been big on vampire movies though.  i saw bordello of blood when it first came out and figured i had just seen the king of the entire vampire genre and that there was no need to watch another as it could only be a collossal failure in comparison.

you would think..but instead its one of my most despised movies ever...kristy swanson and michael rappaport are complete unwatchable hacks...busta rhymes and ice cube are friggin cartoon characters...everything in it is unbelevably cliched and so over the top it makes me wanna punch something
