Night at the Roxbury was hilarious when it first came out.

I hate you.
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

Elf is flat out funny. Anchorman is also great, Talladega meh, but elf is his best work.

Father Demon

I think Anchorman is great, but not until you see it like 3 times.  I also thoroughly enjoy Elf...  it still makes me laugh.

Talladaga Nights to me was nothing more then meh.....
The drawback to marital longevity is your wife always knows when you're really interested in her and when you're just trying to bury it.

I was on a plane and had National Treasure on one of my PMPs.  Horrible.  I think a couple of people on here really liked it, too.  But, it was seriously bad.  Bad plot, bad screenwriting, bad implementation...and some of the worst acting I've ever seen.  Terrible.

Diomedes

Back from your sweet high roller "business" trip to Milan, eh?

It was mildly interesting to me because of the pseudo-historical content, but as a movie, I agree.

Anchorman gets better with every viewing.   It is a classic no doubt.    Ferrells other "lead" actor movies are not so good.

National Treasure was terrific. Ly bad. But still fun to watch. The plot was mindless, the acting was wooden, the lead actress was hot. In the end, I enjoyed watching it. I'm not sure why. But it was better than Sideways. And Lost in Translation. So there.

I liked National Treasure.  It was stupid and formulaic but who cares?

Pretty much my take on it too.  Wasn't that a Disney movie anyway?
