i only saw it by accident this time, i was at my in-laws, and it happened to just be starting on Stars, so i watched it.  i was amazed that movie with sub-titles made me laugh so hard.

Good movie, but I didn't think it's strength was in the comedy department. I just thought it was all around entertaining, but I hardly laughed. I didn't think it tried to be a funny all that much.

I watched The Inside Man this weekend. It was well done in that it kept me interested throughout, but in the end, who cares? Jodie Foster's character didn't really make any sense and her relationship with the Mayor made even less sense. Why were they eating lunch together at the end of the movie when they clearly dispised each other.

There was no mystery to any part of the plot as they told you who was doing what the entire time. Kudos to Spike Lee for doing something different I guess, but I was just disappointed with it when it was over.

I thought pretty much the same thing about Inside Man.  It was a decent movie, but the characters weren't really developed enough by the end of the movie.  It was fine...but it could have been better.
