The New World - 2/5 cool imagery, but there was no real plot, dialogue was horrible.  very long and drawn out. not even rent worthy IMO

Inside Man - Very cool, different for a Spike Lee movie, but good story.  Denzel was really good as usual, had some funny lines, and Clive Owen is becoming one of my favorite actors.  Defiitely worth a watch.  Nothing amazing, but I liked it.

The Omen
- Meh.  Like someone said earlier, a movie this good the first time around didn't need to be remade.  But it was still good.  I have no idea why Julia Stiles is conidered hot though.  Chick is beat.  Anyway, this is worth a rental but not in the theater.

Monster - I see why Charlize won the Oscar for this, she was great.  It was actually kinda uncomfortable how ugly she was.  Good flick though.

Plump Fiction - Supposed to be one of those Scary Movie type satire movies, except insead of making fun of horror movies, they make fun of "pop culture" movies like pulp fiction, resevoir dogs, swingers, etc.  I turned it off after 15 minutes because i wanted to break my television.

Really? The only movies I can think of that I've seen him in were pretty bad. Closer and Derailed, both of which I hated. Maybe I've seen him in something else, but those two movies farging sucked.

Yeah I didn't like Derailed that much either, but I still thought he was good in it.  And other than the Natalie Portman strip scene, I thought he was the best part about Closer.  He's just seems to be able to play a bass ass motherfarger really well.

Clive Owen was great in "The Bourne Identity" (small part) and "Sin City".  And I agree that he was the best part of "Closer", for what it's worth, because that movie sucked.

he was good in Sin City. I just don't think he's a very well-rounded actor though.  he always plays the tough guy.

Picky, picky.  Most actors aren't good enough to truly be able to play a wide variety of roles effectively.
