saw a few in the last week

into the blue- terrible...i wanted to stab scott caan in the scrotal region and there wasnt  nearly that much alba

little black book - worst movie of the decade

40 year old virgin - a couple funny parts mixed in with a ton of painfully unfunny scenes...awful

cinderella man - very very good movie...

hustle and flow - much better than i thought it would be with mtv behind it...there was a very low cheesiness factor...terrance howard was tremendous

first of all, cut your balls for even watching little black book.  how does anyone think there's even a chance of that being good?

i thought 40-year old virgin was good, not as good as most people make it out to be, but there are several parts where i was crying

and i agree 100% with you on hustle and flow, i went in thinking it was goign to be corny as hell but they somehow pulled it off for the most part.

i saw match point last weekend, my favorite woody allen movie i've ever seen, which isn't saying a whole lot because i normally find his pointless dialogue irritating as hell, but it was muchy better than his normal work.  i loved the ending.  scarlett was hot.  and even though they could have cut it by at least a half an hour, if not more, it was good and i liked the whole tennis/luck/life metaphor.  even though it was a bit predictable.

watched dickie roberts: former child star last night.  easily best movie of the last 10 years.  actually it was better than i expected, not good by any means, normal david spade schtick, but has several funny parts.  and for some reason i would really like to bang mary mcormack (sp?).

i wanted to go see the weather man in theatre. i swear, nick cage plays the best roles when he plays either a lunatic or some midly retarded person, or a mentally inflicted person.  i loved him in adaptation, leaving las vegas and matchstick men.

i saw a preview for that in the theaters once and it made me angry

i saw Little Black Book as a favor to my wife when it was in the theater.  she'll watch any POS romantic comedy, so you know its bad when it's pissing her off.

when you consider that it had real actors a real budget and was backed by a major studio it really is one of the worst movies ever made

like sun said even woman think it sucks

the scene that crystalized what a joke it was, was the dancing in the apartment scene with the slow zoom out.  i just laughed my ass off when that happened.

the whole premise of the movie was that a girl and guy just didnt mesh and thus werent for each other...i mean no one cheated or did anything terrible...literally a two hour movie was made to tell us that brittney murphy and ron livingston werent soulmates

amazingly the movie had not one but two academy award winners

"Lord of War" - Entertaining, but not as much as I'd hoped.  Could have been shorter.  3/5.
