BTW, "Mr. Magorium's Wonder Emporium" is a solid 0 out of 5.  It actually could have been somewhat amusing if a few things were done differently.  But they weren't.  It sucked.  And Natalie Portman is not hot with boy hair.  Shaved head?  Maybe.  Boy hair?  No.

Bush's presidency has been an unqualified disaster from start to finish.  I don't know of anyone outside of multi-millionaires and oil executives who will be sorry to see him go.  As far as a movie depicting his administration goes, what's the point?  We've all lived through these last eight years, so really, who needs a reminder of it, especially an undoubtedly biased & fictionalized account of it?

I agree with this. The only thing that would make it worth while is if they had an insider that knew the shadyness that was really going on...sort of like the Enron flick. Otherwise its going to be a typical Stone made up conspiracy film.

i know i am really late to this movie but i just cant really watch quentin's movies that much. do not like his style too much...

maybe the movie would have been better for me if i watched it before his other movies. as it was it just felt like a repeat of the other movies he has made. it becomes too much after a while.

maybe so but like i said i had seen his others movies first and i am just kind of turned off by his style by now.

if i had seen this as his first movie maybe i would have liked it more. i thought 3/5 was a good score no?
