Was there any blood?

**SPOILER**

Yes, yes there was.

Next time give me a little warning.  No point in me seeing the movie now.

Michael Clayton 2/5 zzzzzzzZZZZZZZZZZ I'd like the 2 hours of my life I wasted watching this flick back

Susquehanna Birder

Yeah, I watched it last night. Disappointing. The last 15 minutes or so were pretty good...but that's about it.

Watched Vantage Point yesterday. Interesting. I had to suffer through two annoying guys and their annoying father sitting behind us. They kept commenting on the movie...and really detracted from the thing.

Watched this 1978 movie called Equus, starring richard burton.
It is an adaptation of a pretty famous play, you may remember it is the one that the Harry Potter dude got naked in.
The basic plot is Burton is a Psychiatrist assigned to treat this kid who blinded 6 horses with a cycle at a stable he worked at, and the movie delves into the reasons he did it.

This move was really powerful, really intense, with a really interesting underlying question about normality and treatment.
The dialogue was pretty amazing and the actors were very good.
You could tell that it was adapted from a play, as there was really little outside action or landscape, but they did manage to zazz it up with some ok camera work.
I would really recommend this movie, especially if you are a richard burton fan, he destroys his role.

I have been thinking about this ever since I saw it. Burton's voice at the end it still sort of ringing through my mind.
Downside: lots of man-penis.
4.5/5

also caught the last hour of Unforgiven. One my all times faves, 5/5.
If you haven't seen this, you are failing in your duties as a male human. Get on it.

I've seen Equus on stage a couple of times.  Still not sure I get it completely.  But it is pretty interesting social commentary.

Burton is amazing in the movie. His voice is so expressive. His anguish and confusion and lust for something to lust for just overpower you
