I did get a chuckle that in order to identify Denzel, he put "Virtuosity" after his name - not "Glory", "Crimson Tide", "The Pelican Brief", or "Training Day".  Ass.

Really, Christ, at least ID him with a movie he won an award for.  Not arguably the worst movie he ever starred in (although Pelican Brief does give that a run for its money).

BTW, how was American Gangster?  Reviews I read were excellent.

Watched the Darjeeling Limited.  Typical Wes Anderson dry awesome comedy.  Super awesome even.  I really liked it.  And you see Natalie Portman naked.

i might be wrong here but in that review where  he mentions virtuosity i think he is just trying to highlight the movie where crowe and washington have worked together before. he does that for crowe and ridley scott as well.

now i dont know this reviewer and he could be giving of a racist vibe but when i read it i thought he was trying to link the actors/director together.

just got back from american gangster....very good movie but i felt like id seen it a million times before...first act man rises from ashes....second act man becomes pissy wealthy....third act man comes crashing down...basically it was a black scarface...denzel was of course awesome...the cock who wrote that it was on denzel to much is an idiot...i would say it was at most 60-40 denzel vs crowe...my biggest complaint is that ridley scott did it...not a huge fan of hsi as his movies are way to glossy...only ridley scott could make the slums of uptown or the pj's in jersey city seem bright...his films are way to polished....this movie should looked more like the french connection and less like bad boys

Watched C.H.U.D. yesterday. Hilariously bad. Dudes in rubber suits with lightbulbs for eyes running around and shtein. I literally laughed out loud every time one of the C.H.U.D.s was on the screen. Good times and exactly what I expected it to be. Have absolutely no idea how a sequel ever got the green light.
