I'd like to nominate "The Number 23" for the worst ending in the history of all movies.

...and the rest of the movie wasn't particularly good either.

Lost In Translation > Citizen Kane.

Say word.

I don't know that I would go that far, but I do agree that it was a very good character film.

Speaking of characters...the Simpson's Movie was quite enjoyable.

That movie was a steaming pile of shtein. I went to see it in the movies because my girl wanted to see it...I fell asleep half way through and hated it

Lost in Translation was fanstastic.   It was sublime, though.  Not for dense people.

Well, it was certainly love it or hate it.  And while it may not have been for some dense people, the dislike went beyond that range of folks.

Lost in Translation was a great movie.

I watched Little Children this weekend. These suburban nightmare movies, where everyone despises the decisions they've made that have landed them in a zesty marriage with kids that they don't want, scare the piss out of me. So in that sense the movie had an impact on me, but what I noticed the most while watching it was that the male lead needed to be kicked in the farging head. He refused to take control of the zesty situations he had put himself in and decides that the solution to his problems will be to have an affair and then run away with the neighbor lady. farging grow a set, dude.

Lost in Translation was one of the better movies from the last 10 years.

Saw the Pick of Destiny sometime over the weekend.  Funny.  Not great but a stupid fun movie.

No story, no character development, Clive Owen being a badass, unbelievable action?  IN.

Quote(Clive Owen vows to save a baby from the bad guys despite having no connection with anybody involved) and even weirder characters. Shoot 'Em Up is so completely unconcerned with trying to make it a smart or deep experience, and is so focused on trying to top itself every five minutes that it's sorta genius in its own twisted way.

i can't wait.

Quote... Clive Owen being chased by a van. They separate; Owen jumps off a bridge and lands in a BMW after shooting through the sunroof. He hotwires the car,and the two engage in a fantastic car battle. At the end, the BMW and the van drive towards each other in a game of chicken. Owen shoots his windshield off, unbuckles his seat belt, and after crashing, he flies through the van's windshield, lands in the back, whips around, and shoots the five guys in the van. Amazing.

I WILL be there when this hits the theaters.
