"Lady in the Water"

I now hate M. Night Shymalalamanan.  I simply hate him.

negative 1.4 out of 5

I didn't think it was that bad. I thought it was pretty cool, but def not one of his best.

I saw Night at the Museum last night. Eh...it's nothing hilarious, just a lot of small laughs, aimed more at kids then I thought it would be. There are definately a few good lines/laughs in it, but nothing that's going to make you bust out in laughter and start crying. The story itself I thought is pretty cool, as well as some of the characters they have in the movie.

2.25/5

perhaps you could explain sd's reasons for "disliking" it as well since you seem to be so in tune with other peoples minds

Clerks II- ass to mouth, donkeyfarging, rosario dawson and some loser....why was this made?  :cfhead :cfhead
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

Indeed.  But I enjoyed it.

I didn't think it was stupid at all and I enjoyed it a lot.  I still pop it in the dvd player occasionally.

Benecio Del Toro's performance in "Traffic" might be one of the all-time greats in history.  Don Cheadle was amazing as well.

ice grillin you

cheadle is the best actor in the game and was just amazing in that movie...it rivaled his mouse alexander performance

yes him and del toro both put in all time showings in traffic

traffic put  handheld digital cameras on the map but as for the format it was a direct decendant of pulp fiction

**SPOILER**

Yeah, but it was kind of gay that the magical formula included her going to the casino and gambling.  I give the movie overall a solid 3.5/5 or so, but it was a little silly at times.

The Illusionist:

I saw the ending coming a mile away, but still very enjoyable and quite the movie soundtrack. I liked the movie a lot. B++/10
Calling it right on the $ since day one.
Just pointing laughing, and living it up while watching the Miami Heat stink it up.

Just caught Rocky Balboa.

Very good movie.  Sly needed to make this movie to redeem himself for the Rocky V disaster.  Like a few others have said... it's the perfect way for him to go out and end the series.

IGY was also right about Rocky's son in the flick.  He was garbage.  Antonio Tarver was actually half decent as well... much better than I expected him to be.
