Jackie Brown didn't suck. It has some great actors. Plus that little pot-headed slut is great. Not one of his best, but I wouldn't call it bad.

Your only mistake was waiting this long to see it.

Just watched it myself.  Pretty good movie.  Pretty funny too.  Great SFX and fight scenes.  Very enjoyable.

I watched Everything is Illuminated the other night.  very good.  Kinda quirky with a few funny parts, and an awesome Ukranian dude with a great accent that narrates the story.  Good shtein.

I just watched Everything is Illuminated.  I'm sure it's at least somewhat due to my close connection to Ukraine, but I liked it a lot.  A true story, where the real main character makes a small cameo in the film.  4 out of 5.

I've seen at least 3 movies this summer with previews for "The Guardian" - a coast guard movie starring Kevin Costner and Ashton Kutcher that seems to basically be a dirty rip-off of many other movies, although it's based on a true story.

Has anyone else seen the preview?  Is there any doubt in your mind that in that climactic scene, Costner's character dies saving Kutcher's character?  Movies are so predictable.

I did not know that. Good movie I just rented it also.
