Just saw "Primal Fear" for the first time (yeah, I know)...

I wish they made movies that good more regularly.  Very high quality film you should DEFINITELY rent if you, like me, had been stuck in a hole and hadn't seen it yet.

i saw History of Violence last night ONDemand

somewhat brutal and graphic violence...good
Ed Harris...pretty good
Maria Bello's broke ass body....not so good
the script....awful
the story flow...not much better

Somewhat brutal and graphic can be OK, but here it had no point, and was irrelevant to the storyline.  Ugh.

i didn't hate it.  but it flowed as a story so poorly that it was hard to get in to

exactly.  i thought the first hour was pretty good, looked like things were getting set up nicely for a cool story.  then it seems like the writers just got lazy and decided to end it.  i've never seen a movie go from really good to utter crap so fast.
