Anyone seen a good movie lately?

Watched Dawn of the Dead again.  Forgot how much I enjoyed that movie.  Not as good as 28 Days Later but still a lot of fun.

Really? I think Dawn of the Dead absolutely blows 28 days later away. I actually like 28 weeks later better than the first one. Dawn of the Dead is the greatest zombie flick ever made.

28 days started out really good and was just terrible by the end...dawn of the dead might be a top 25 movie of all time for me


watched girl with the dragon tattoo this morning....well done mystery but i felt like it fell short of all the hypehtly b etter imo

No she doesn't. Looking at her reminds you of how otherworldly hot she used to be but hollywood is overflowing with younger, hotter chicks right now. Salma had her day in the sun and it was delightful. It was also almost 20 years ago.

Alba would look the part just fine, but Nolan has done a good job of putting legit and talented actors/actresses in the Batman roles and despite my undying love of all asses Alba, she isn't exactly vying for Oscars with her talent level.

really ? i thought aaron eckhart and maggie gyllenhaal were so so at the very best in their roles in the dark knight and i would bet the bank alba could at least hold her own.

I agree. My point wasn't that every actor in the series nailed their part, my point is that Nolan goes with actors with legit resumes. And I'm not sure Alba qualifies.
