yea i was saying my buddy implored me to do it--meaning you boxing weirdos are the only ones who will sit there and watch choppy mexicans dude fight on a small box on your computer.

everyone else wants that shtein on espn or nbc or something or were OUT. which is why boxing is what it is.

please never mention the super six again..the concept was poor to begin, and got 100X worse as guys dropped out and were replaced by guys no one heard of..colassel failure by showtime

and yes, that haye fight was one of the worst fights i have EVER seen

The concept of the super six was not poor. It brought the top talent in the super middles and had them fight each other instead of meaningless title defenses. I will agree once they started dropping out it lost a lot of steam, but the concept and making it happen were good.

the concept would have been good had the fighters been guys which casual fans would recognize by name. the only guy with some sex appeal was jermaine taylor and he never should have been included in the first place. unless something dramatic happens and a pacman-type superstar emerges, once hop retires, im more or less doing the same as a boxing fan - its just not fun anymore.

Casual boxing fans know Froch, Kessler, Ward and Abraham. Besides Bute, they had the best fighters in the division in the tournament. Ward is easily the best of that bunch, the only problem is, he's a quiet, no trash talking non flashy good fighter.

horse racing is stupid and deserves to be a relic of the past

boxing is terrific and is a part of americana...it should be bigger than it is but its in the spot its in because of a complete lack of leadership and no collective interest in advancing the sport.

for me boxing was king when barry mcguigan was in his prime....and it basically died when pernell whitaker got robbed against jcc

and i really wanna like horse racing but i just cant do it and realize im way too late anway

Looking forward to the Zab Judah / Amir Khan fight next week. I never really liked Zab, until Sweet Pea joined his team and  really made a difference in Judah's last fight. Khan is pretty damn good, so this should be an interesting one. Also I'd like to see what this buzz is over Fury.

Please tell me you guys have heard of Zab Judah
