yeah...kinda surprising that the philly squad isn't better but i can't really think of anyone.

yeah chicago is the clear winner....they have actually taken over as the best basketball city in the country now....its not new york

to be honest philly is really down right now but they also dont have a second city they get to pull from like DC does with baltimore for example

just catching up with the nba transactions this week and the wiz making some sneaky good moves. didn't overpay for ariza who i think isn't worth what he got, just got pierce and humphries. otto looks much better in the summer league apparently. best backcourt in the league. sixers-wiz eastern conference final in 3 years.

The league is looking to farg with the lottery as early as next year to stop incentivizing tanking.

Not really sure how they can tinker with the current system while a bunch of past trades have been made assuming it would be in effect, so I'm skeptical anything will be changed by next lottery.

as it stands now next year is shaping up to be the worst draft maybe ever....so it would be kinda funny to institute anti tanking rules in a year no one is going to really go all out to tank
