All hate aside for Lebron -- severe cramping is the worst.

I used to get it super bad in my calves and it was like my muscles balled up into a huge knot.

He was physically incapacitated.  Of course the geniuses on the internet are all saying Jordan would have, um, legged it out!  farging bullshtein.  You don't sweat that out.  You can't recover unless you get an IV and even then it takes a day or more.
