So the Celts and Lakers (especially the Lakers) are pretty much done.  I knew both teams would be in a transition/re-build year next year but I figured at least 1, if not both of them would make a finals run.  Now it looks like neither one of them will get out of the 2nd round.  Boston is in a slightly better place though since they lost their 2 games on the road, so they still get 2 at home to try and even things up.  But the Lakers losing 2 at home is pretty damning.  And they'll probably be without crazy Ron for game 3.

Dallas came locked and loaded tonight....they're shooting their asses off.

Lakers are so bad at defending the pick and roll that after two Dirk three's Phil called a timeout and ripped Gasol and Bynum's asses. So much that he punched Gasol in the chest. I think I saw Pau cry.

And now Joe Smith....who I had no idea was still in the league....is getting some run.

tyson chandler has made such a difference in this dallas team...he gave them the playoff type player they needed and is such an improvement over josh howard its not even funny...hes exactly the kind of player the sixers need and is one of those low numbers guys who can transform a whole a team

i still question their perimeter defense especially against a team like the heat or even derek rose but they are definitely different than in years past
