Dane Cook is funny, but his first CD, Harmful if Swallowed, is by FAR much better then anything else he's done.

As for the HBO special, it starts off slow, even for fans of his. But it gets pretty funny as it goes on. A lot better then the Retaliation CD. The whole atheist who took offense to bless you when he sneezed bit was hilarious. As was the "good cry" and the caught in a lie bit.

thanks ridiculous. you don't have the right to make back-ups on your own computer now??? hell when i buy a cd i copy it right away and then burn a copy for my truck, put the original back in the case and keep it there. cd's are too fragile to scratches so i barely even touch the original copy.

The RIAA is doing what all failing industries do when faced with the fact that they're quickly becoming irrelevant... they litigate and lean on the same politicians for relief who they've poured millions of dollars in bribes/campaign contributions into.
