Yes but unless I'm mistaken post June 1st designation/trade they can spread the money over 2 years. The Raiders have around $100 million in space so howie magic could throw them brown and some draft capital and they might be able to absorb some cap space sort of like he did with huff. I'm not a cap guru but I don't think the eagles give a shtein about dead money see wentz
