I'm being harassed. Any tips on what I could do to catch these guys?

umm the police wont do anything?? they stole your bike and wrote you a letter about it. im pretty sure they broke a few laws somewhere in there. if the letter wasn't threatening.. make it threatening. add a little on there. use your non writing hand and put like PS if you contact those fat oinkers i'll farging kill you. that might give the po-9 a little more incentive to help you out. or you could set up a video camera like you said and comb through hours and hours of video tape only to find out the bike was stolen after it ran out of tape.

dude just get over it. the cops don;t give a shtein about stolen bikes, they got other shtein to worry about. ignore the letter, ur playing into their game if u go along with it. are u really worried for your safety? just sharpen your nunchuck skills and when perfected, walk up and down your block while you practice. preferably in knee high socks and tight shorts. and make loud weird noises when doing it. nobodys gonna farg with a gay nunchuck master. nobody!
