Yep. We need a Henderson or a Stroud. A big strong DT that can not only fill in the gaps but blow up offensive lineman and get to the QB.

Patterson is a solid DT, but he is not pro bowl caliber. He doesn't have the size or the strength.

I still think Bunkley is going to be a stud for many years to come, but he isn't off to a great start.

Giving the team off was the right thing to do. At first I didn't like it, but then you figure they've been practicing for 8 weeks now and haven't played 4 quarters of football in any of the games.

Maybe practicing harder isn't the key. They may just need to get away from football and get their heads back in line.

No it's not. If their heads weren't on football, now is the time to take some time off and evaluate yourself and get back to the right mindset so you can focus on football. Even if they practice, their minds can be elsewhere. They just need to get their heads right.
