pft has a good post about the Haynesworth attack, including a link to the Nashville PD "report a crime" site.  I submitted to it, making up lawyerly speak for fun. 

On Sunday, Oct. 1st 2006 I witnessed, via live television broadcast, Albert Haynesworth, Defensive Tackle for Tennessee Titans, standing upright, intentionally and maliciously stomp/kick the unprotected head of Andre Gurode, Offensive Guard for the Dallas Cowboys, lying prone,  with his spike/cleated shoes, opening a severe gash in the victim's head.  Blood was clearly visible in the broadcast, running down Gurodes face and dripping off his nose into the turf.

There are plenty of people I would love to do this to myself, but if I were to actually carry out this type of behaviour in your town (or any other), the police would arrest and charge me with assualt, and rightfully so.

Please consider bringing criminal charges against Mr. Haynesworth for this outrageous attack.

1. In the Miami/Houston game, Miami went for an onsides kick and #57 on Miami falls on it only to have the ball Michael Lewis on him and get fumbled by a Houston player then fall out of bounds. Well that #57 happened to be ex-Eagle Keith Adams. Good job Bullet.

The Colts had to scratch and claw for every win this season except Houston. Their undefeated status won't last long. They clearly aren't as good as last season. On either side of the ball. Not that they'd contend for a Superbowl anyway. We all know the deal come the playoffs.

They're missing 1/3 of their starting defense, haven't had a healthy Vinatieri yet, and Addai is not Edgerrin.

Yeah, pretty much. They definitely are missing some key guys.
