I can't blame the national media for being down on the secondary. Sure, the front seven was abysmal last year, and sure, there were a few injuries that contributed to it... but all 4 members of the starting secondary made some outright bone-headed plays last year. If you recall, Lito was playing like garbage before his season was over.

So, #9 is plenty high. Let them prove themselves again in 2006.

But the taterskins have Sean Taylor and he's the best safety eVaR!11! I don't even know why the Skins even bother sending the other 3 DB's out on the field. They should just let Taylor do it all himself and throw 3 more guys on the DL.

Even if his tactics are lame, I agree with PSN. If you believe that Sean Taylor is the best safety in the NFL, then you really should automatically believe that their secondary of Springs, Rogers, Taylor, and Archuleta is better than the Eagles'. I think that is laughable, but I'm not the one dangling from Taylor's johnson.

thats the reason they are up that high as taylor is just that good...unfortunately he plays next to one of the worst safties around

at corner they have a second year guy who didnt exactly show huge potential last year and springs is good but is old and due for a big drop off this year and/or an injury

Predicting that Shawn Springs will battle injury isn't exactly bold and certainly doesn't prove anything.

It's not a matter of if he'll be injured, it's how severe it will be and if he will miss significant time.
