Philadelphia Eagles WR Darnerian McCants signed a one-year contract with a base salary of $585,000 (2006).
Philadelphia Eagles QB Jeff Garcia signed a one-year contract with a base salary of $710,000 (2006).
Philadelphia Eagles TE Matt Schobel signed a five-year contract with a base salary of $585,000 (2006), $700,000 (2007), $850,000 (2008), $950,000 (2009), and $865,000 (2010).
I know we also signed Howard and will probably extend some existing players, but geeze! looks as if we get players that are part of a KMart blue light special

Is the FO really going into this season SO MANY MILLIONS under the cap? I know spending isn't always tied to winning, but what does this show to potential Free Agents? where's the commitment??
