By the way, Comcrap was supposed to disconnect my cable this Friday since I'm moving this weekend. Instead they disconnected it from outside last night unannounced. Way to go, Comcast! Thanks for the warning!

As a former small businessman, I'll tell you that the Better Business Bureau matters.  Perhaps not to the big guys.  But the smaller guys try hard to be in good stead with them.  Especially the legit smaller guys.
