And it sounded like they don't review the play when the penalty is assessed.

Yeah, this really amazing if what Baldinger said is true - that if you challenge in the last 2 minutes it is a penalty and it cancels the booth review.

Think about it - if you get a go ahead td in the last minute on a bad call, you can just challenge your TD and the booth won't be able to overturn it. Well worth the 15 yard penalty.

Andy won't be smart enough to figure that out.
