Unfortunately, Eagles territory covers maybe 1/3 or the state.....if that.  Once you get west of Harrisburg it's pretty much all Steelers.   

Having said that though, I really don't think that a governor would be elected based on the football team he roots for.  And if he is, then I'm packing my bags and moving to Canada.
