can not buy alcohol in any form.

You can, however, buy alcohol and bring it with you.  Just don't get caught in public with it.  Hotels, condos, etc. its cool to have booze.

my idiot friend was wrong...he said ocean city is dry

still tho i didnt think any shore towns were dry

Ocean City is dry.  Thats why you go to Circle Liquor before you cross the bridge.

I don't think Cape May is though.

Haven't been to OC in almost a decade but its funny to see that place is still running. They'll deliver in OC if you call with a big enough order. During senior week we ordered a bunch of beer from there, we had the oldest looking of us answer the door and hook the delivery dude up with a fat tip, they never carded him.

When I was a kid we used to vacation down to OC all the time, growing up, the parents always had parties with wine, beer, and heavy stuff, and I don't ever remember a problem. The only times I've seen cops get after someone is they deserved it. Now, I split a condo in Somers Point with my brothers, it's tucked back in a little marina, close enough to the beaches, but no worries about getting booze.
