Title: College Football 2025
Post by: Don Ho on August 31, 2025, 06:23:00 PM
So happy it's back!  There were some powder puff opponents for some of the big boys but glad to see teams step up and go big week one. The 12 team playoff sure helps as well as Ohio Ohio State winning it all last year with two losses, really got nothing to lose a scheduling powerhouses early now.

Arch Manning was dog shtein.

I'm finally getting to watch some today. Saw about half of the SoCar VaTech game and this Miami Irish game - huge blown coverage by the Canes to let ND back into it.

Legit shocked at this game.  Franklin is a choking POS against big time teams but UCLA is awful.  They're just the sort of team Penn State beats to keep the delusionals on board.

And the kicker just nailed a bomb from Mars to go up 27-7.

You have to try to lose to UCLA.  Wake up in the morning and say "let's go lose this game!"

Making Nico, who stinks, look like Mike Vick in his prime.

Penn state stinks too. They were 10x better last season no idea why they were ranked so high to start the season. Franklin should be long gone

Penn State's defense didn't catch the plane to Pasadena.

Flyers lost.  Temple managed to forget how to tackle and pulled defeat from the jaws of victory.  I mean... yikes.

Last year was my first paying any attention to CFL.

It is much easier to root for Gunner Henderson than it was to root for Carson Beck.
