Is this guy actually good? Never had more than 3.5 sacks until last year, seems like a stretch but a typical Eagles move.

Starting to like this acquisition more and more. I wanted them to spend money on Queen but the more I read about this guy not really shining until Roquan Smith got to Baltimore at the end of 2022, not so excited about him much anymore.

Horrible number for a DE

I don't get the number opinions.

It's a number.  My brain applies it to that player and done.  What's the deal?  You played football as a kid and the numbers traditionally associated with that position are somehow fixed, and you're unable to adjust?

Explain yourself.

I'm a jersey number nerd.

I don't like the way some look on certain positions.

Hate single digit numbers on pitchers. Hate how MLB players now wear weird numbers like 88 and 74. Those are spring training jawns for dudes being sent down.

Don't mind the weirdness of a LB wearing 7 in college but dislike it in the pros.

Not a fan of 6 or 8 on any jersey really. Favorite single digit numbers are 2, 4 and 9.

Don't really care for any of the 60's numbers either except 62 and 67.

I admit to being a weirdo on this. Fight me.

Not me, my autism is perfectly traditional and acceptable; I have tens of thousands of dollars of toy trains.

QuoteBryce Huff also spoke to the media. He does have a similar haircut/beard combo to Boston Scott, so maybe he can take the baton as the next Giant Killer. Huff also said he plans to wear Number 0 this year, offending uniform traditionalists everywhere.

Took down all of his birds social media stuff but left the jets shtein up. Reddick whispers say he wants to come back. Reports say the eagles aren't interested but you have to wonder if 2 teams called his contract bluff and nobody is interested in trading for him maybe he'd play out his contract. I'd gladly trade huff for Reddick. The dead money would be hard to swallow so I'd tell the jets were keeping your 3rd.

Probably all means nothing but worth mentioning

Yeah, I don't know if that were to happen. It would be a farging strange occurrence.

But hell, yeah I'd rather have Reddick than this bum Huff

.5 Tackles through three games?

You can't blame that all on Fangio's system

Childish shtein.

Worry more about playing and less about social media.

Even so, he's been more productive this year than Reddick..

Will be traded to the niners for a mid round pick post June 1st. They reworked some of his contract to save $7.95 million in cash and $15 million in cap space

I fell for it, guilty as charged, thought he'd be something.  Enjoy the city by the bay.

Howie swing and missed.  It happens.

But he routinely manages to tap the ball back into play on the backswing by pulling off a trade that recoups at least some of the effort wasted on the initial swing.

Getting a day 3 pick and freeing up JC's money....I'm good with all of it.

Howie saved $8m (of Jalen Carter's money) from being pissed away, and got a 2026 5th round pick that could become a 4th if Huff plays well.

On balance, even without a SB win, I'm fine with this result.  You gotta take risks.  Howie somehow manages to clip his losses better than most.

im not really sure how he pulled that off...probably cause they think salah can resurrect him...i thought they could get another team to take some money but no way i thought they could get a pick of any kind much less a mid rounder that doesnt even require the eagles also giving up a pick

they now have (10) picks in rounds 3-5 alone next year

10 picks in rounds 3-5 is simply mind boggling. Work FO work!
