In addition to weeks of sloppy play due to no pre-season looks like injuries are also running rampant. Have to wonder if that's also to be blamed on no PS and lighter than ever camps?
Vikes starting C and LT are hurt. Waddle has an oblique injury. Ekeler has an ankle. Both of Seattle's OTs could be out.
Until someone shows me some kind of data analysis, I don't buy the argument that there are "more" injuries in any given period than another, or because there was camp or wasn't, or because practice was without pads vs. with pads, etc.
Until then, I hold that injuries are the work of the football gods, meted out according to their fickle whim, and nothing else.
j can you correlate this week's injury report to last year, 2010 and 1990? please and thank you.
I've been working on it, yes.
Into 1990 now and see Fred Barnett is questionable with testicular torsion.
i work in data, you work in sales...one of us needs facts, the other says what they feel to get the job done
back yo shtein up on my block lumbar boy
I don't sell spinal devices tho 🤣
Wood, yes.
Hire me and I'll move back to PA and we can go in on Phils tix
Ravens just marched down the field. Bengals need to get it together.
CJGJ with a dumb farg penalty - good lord man why would you shove him to the ground??
Metcalf out with a rib injury
Chiefs look like ass still
So does ATLs QB
And Hochuli's kid is over officiating the Bengals game
Richardson out being evaluated for a concussion - Minshew Mania time
Jared Goff has achieved the rare feat of going TO Detroit and resurrecting his career. That rarely happens.
And he hasn't thrown a pick in like 400 attempts
Art Smith having Bijan, London, Pitts and others and not being able to scheme them up is a fireable offense.
He's a brutally bad play caller
Ridder isn't great but he should still be able to have a bit of success with those skill players
Man Hochuli Jr's crew is brutal.
Every time they sack or turnover Lamar there's a magic yellow flag on the carpet.
Burrow also looks awful.
Brutal goal line pick and Baltimore promptly matriculates the ball down the field to score.
Bucs are balling. And Josh Fields is missing wide open TDs

Goff picked! Pick six
My bullet ain't looking too good in other news
if the chargers had any fans theyd kill themselves
week in, week out they gag away games
Yeah Staleys gotta go.
Him and Big Art of ATL
Detroit loses!
Come on Falcons. Don't farg me here
If they hold on I'll scratch out a 2-2 in the bullet
Lol Giants
little johnny ganz watching caleb williams go bye bye
Exactly what we want.
But then again this opens Caleb to NYG up.
Jets!
Rams!
Man either or both of those losing would help the survivor pools
sean mcvay is simply on a different level from anyone else
i feel like daboll is too good of a coach to have a terrible season, but man. they need a win or two to make sure it wont happen.
Sauce dropped a damn pick six
And of course dallas is about to score by riding Vaughn
Bogus roughing the passer on the Jets
Good grief
Broncos choking
And Arizona seems like it wants to
Jon Gannon reprising his role as Eagles DC in that stadium
Loser
Wash, Dallas and NY all will end up winning
And the Rams wilted
Zona up 20-0 now down tied at 28
Denver up 21-3 now down 28-24

I love Eagle.
Well then
Wash is up 35-24 now and the Giants win 31-28
wouldve taken the survivor knockout, but really the giants being the williams discussion wouldve been unbearable so its fine. whatever let them have a comeback against the worst team in the league
Omg Denver!
But they don't get the 2pt'er
Fuuuuuuck
That was PI!
How was that not called on Washington that was complete PI he had the guy in a farging neck hold!
Officiating is as bad as it's ever been. They missed a shtein load of calls in the Niners rams game.
I can't wait until the refs are replaced by robots. That looked like PI in real time. At least throw the flag and talk it over with your colleagues.
i like the no flag
yea by the letter of the law it was, he got there early but it wasnt egregious. gotta earn in that spot. and i was looking for a miracle denver cover.
I mean it wasn't a ticky tack one - it was blatant.
Tua is dealing. Miami could make a deep run if they keep this up and stay healthy
tua is dropping them in the bucket so far. looks like a top 5 qb easy.
That was a nifty blocked FG
Never seen one like that before
Officials keeping up there zesty performance even in primetime here
God damn did the patriots score with Gonzalez
How come howie the genius can't find us an Andrew Van Ginkel?
Miami is about to blow this
They've had snap issues three times tonight and that was a bad time for one.
And the FG block trick by NE caused Meyers to miss. Short field now.
Well that was a wild farging ending. Wow.
Bummer than Tua didn't go over his passing yards of 261.5 though. He had 200ish at halftime and end with 249.
But Fish Ml gets home. And we have two MNF games tomorrow
Not gonna lie - the Browns new all whites are clean
Saints and Panthers is a slop fest
Browns and Steelers could be too. Steelers defense pick six on the first play and then let the Browns walk it back down the field bc they can't stop the run
derek carr is completely washed. bryce young is leaner than me.
teams should be murdering each other for williams and sanders
Olshewski needs to take a hike
He's made two bonehead plays. Wait a minute that ain't a catch
Chubb is hurt so bad they won't even show a replay. Wow.
Leg injury
It look like he dislocated his knee. A damn shame. That was ugly
Same knee as he blew out at UGA
Panthers...do something will ya?
And Kenny Picketts looks like shtein. Getting booed by his own Yinzers
Najee Harris looks slow and then he fumbles the two point try.
Schwartz's defense, minus letting Pickens break free for a long TD, is smashing people
Between Pickett and Mac Jones I think I prefer Pickett. Cocky shteins both, it's just more aggravating from Jones.
I'm not sure but I'd lean Jones by a smidge just because his accuracy is better.
Young is shook by the Saints defense. He's playing lousy. And Reich isn't helping him. He's been a big fan of the whole run it into the middle of the line for no gain with Miles
is it possible young is just lousy? hes a friggin midget with no touch
Possible sure. But I'll reserve judgement til he gets some blocking in front of him
Nice backdoor there tho!
1-2-1 in the bullet because of that vile backdoor push. ive lost on worse.
im a firm believer with qbs that if its there, youll see it (unless youre coached by urban meyer). i dont see it.
FWIW I think Pickett has more of an NFL future than Mac Jones, but he might just be earlier in the same career trajectory.
There have been a few big offense games, but I think it's been a while since the overall state of NFL quarterback play was this bad two weeks into a season. Tua for MVP?
I'd agree with the QB play being as poor as we have seen it. And in a league that's pass happy as shtein.
Pickett needs to make some plays tonight. That Ford run could be a killer. Watson seems to be getting some of his game back unfortunately.
Easiest pick ever and butterfingers Wallace drops it
Good lord man
Harris looks like he runs a 5.2 now
But making some plays!
Mike Tomlin is next level bad at challenging. And shame on PIT for giving that play up

tbf tusa has been really good
outside of trev, the last few draft classes just havent produced elite or even good qbs. youve had guys retiring, guys falling off a cliff, then someone like stafford who to me is still playing at a high level but stuck on an average team
Steelers OL is awful
My goodness
Amazingly that is Watts first TD ever. Shocked bc with all the plays he makes you'd think he would've had 1-2 previously
Scoop and score!
this game is doing nothing for rb's case to get paid - chubb is a star but this dude named ford who nobody has heard of is killing it
on the bright side its fun to watch watson fail
The Steelers OC has a smooth brain.
That 3rd and 1 play call was dumb as shtein. And now Cleveland can drive to win.
And that'll do it. Down goes Watson.
Formed Eagle Elijah Riley made a play and then the rook Porter got away with some PI to end it.
Browns haven't started 2-0 since 1993 and the Steelers haven't lost at home on MNF since 1991
browns deserve this and more
play in dirt, you get dirty
