Safety from Illinois
Ray Diddy was all over this pick on the Eagles draft show earlier. Essentially a 1st/2nd round talent who fell because of his height. The game tape and combine highlights they showed he's ready to roll. 6 picks last year in college ball
QuoteSydney Brown is a super athletic safety prospect with impressive speed and a similar level of overall explosiveness. He has good size standing 5-10 and weighing in at 210 lbs combined with being massively experienced - having started since being a freshman in 2018 and is excellent as a run defender. He however up until his senior year was very average in coverage and only displayed consistent play as a senior. If you think Brown's final season was the new norm or just a one-off will determine his ultimate draft demand. Expect Brown to hear his name called anywhere from the second to the fourth round of the 2023 NFL draft.

After Carter/Smith on Thursday they could have taken IGY as a punter and I wouldn't have minded.
That said, this kid looks like a player. His ratings are mostly favorable and they need DB help in the worst way, so it's a natural fit.
You joke, but IGY might be an improvement at punter.
I got mad foot
And thanks to moving goalposts, you never even worry about touchbacks.
