0% chance hes good
0% hes ever healthy.....if he plays he will be solid
100% chance he plays special teams
lil guy and Havas .... Fight me now.
j wants lb's wearing huge shoulder pads and baseball players who bunt and hit it the other way
its 1991 up in this bitch
I mean, yeah.
HOWEVAAAA
I know you don't watch college ball but Nakobe Dean is a stud
im sure hes great but hes not remotely healthy
3.55 gpa in mechanical engineering.
That's some serious smarts right there.
I wish I was a Siamese twin because I'd love to high five someone right now.
he was a great college player and is the opposite of big shoulder pads....but maybe he should wear bigger pads so hes not always hurt
Is this one of those instances where you're blackout drunk and posting stupid shtein?
no its one of those same old cases where you have no idea what you are talking about and need to fall back

lolol
He played behind 3 massive d lineman who went in the 1st round. He didn't need to break a lot of tackles just fly to the ball and make plays. He's undersized, fine in a rotation and on st. Bpa who will contribute if healthy so no complaints.
And he's a sure tackler.
Anyone who hates this pick in anyway must miss Alex Singleton, Mark Simoneau, Matt McCoy and Kiko Alonso
I miss Kiko Alonso because he always makes me think of Enrico Pallazzo, which is the only time an Eagles linebacker has brought me joy in this miserable hellscape.

Nakobe Dean >>>>> Micah Parsons
people know hes gonna almost assuredly redshirt this year right?
Yep and I'm ok with it
sydney jones special
Or Landon Dickerson
if nakobe dean is only as good as landon dickerson you are going to be sorely disappointed
Dickerson's not gonna be a perennial pro bowler but I'll bet he makes it at some point in his career. He's solid just needs to cut down on penalties.
QuotePhiladelphia Eagles: Nakobe Dean, LB, Georgia - A+ Grade
The Eagles are having an amazing draft weekend. Their latest pick has just made things even better. Nakobe Dean is a first-round prospect who has fallen because of some injury concerns. Those apparently included a pec strain, but seriously, who cares about that? This is a mega steal. Unless Dean has Ebola or something, this pick must be graded as an A+, as Dean easily slots in and upgrades a horrible linebacking corps.
This made me laugh.
Is that from your blog?
I think Dickerson becomes a solid player.
But I wasn't comparing ceiling merely saying that taking a flier on injured guys doesn't always fail. Dean is a first round talent.
Even if Dean never ends up playing a snap I wouldn't hold it against Howie. He took a good swing with a third round pick. That said, Howie stated he expects Dean to be on the field for rookie minicamp this week and they don't expect him to miss any time. Dean was very good with blitzing and Reddick had around 23 sacks over the last 2 years, so Gannon could be putting together a pretty exciting D, maybe something we haven't seen since JJ's days.
Woke up this morning loving this pick even more.
commenting about his draft free fall:
(from PFT)
Quote"It's definitely something that will stick with me," Dean said, via EJ Smith of the Philadelphia Inquirer. "It's not my primary or secondary source of motivation — or my tertiary. But it's definitely something that will stick with me throughout my playing career."
The kid actually dropped the word 'tertiary' in a presser, and perfectly. I doubt most of the reporters in the room could use the word in an article, with a dictionary at hand, and Dean just talks like that. Bright, well educated dude apparently.
Yeah but does he know what a 3-4 defense is?
You mean the tertiary-quaternary defense?
seems well spoken for a negro
i guess massa let him book learn ?
