The gawd doing the best celebration ever.
Anyways my girlfriends boss and her husband are Packers fans. They'll be here Sunday. I can't wait for Rodgers to go in dry while I have to be civil.
J, word of advice from Uncle Don, Errands.
Colonoscopy sounds like more fun.
Who was 62 there? Max Jean-Gilles? Ah, no...he didn't come on the scene for another seven years...but he did wear #62
That was a dude called Ian Beckles, according to Pro Football Reference
Looking forward to another week of seeing just how bad Wentz can play without losing his job.
Yeah it was Beckles. He played with TB for awhile.
I thought it could have been Guy McIntyre but he was there when they wore the kelly green's.
Peace out on this one y'all. I'll be in a mountain cabin watching a fire in a big stone fireplace. Have fun.
Enjoy. We'll be wherever, watching a fire in a big dumpster
Singeing your eyebrows off > watching this game.
whoa
you got the pack this week J?
Yeah...it'll probably be like 38-10 GB
This is the game the Eagles put it all together and shock the world.
Eagles 16
Packers 47

:-D
There is absolutely no reason to watch this game unless you are the 99.9% of us who want to see what Hurts can do. Highly doubt this is the week though. Will probably happen after Kyler Murray runs roughshod over Schwartz inc. and Ginger Jesus throws his 25th INT.
The worst part of this is there's no one to boo the shtein out of them like they deserve for being so awful.
Jordan Howard and Raequan Williams up for tomorrow.
Maybe they're gonna replicate last seasons gameplan and run all day
lol
they gonna have Wentz attempt 52 passes and you know it
i cannot believe this is the main 425 cbs game
they had weeks to move la/sea or cle/ten there. even wsh/pit because who cares really.
Giants are playing Seattle and Wash/PIT is on MNF
And yes Dio I fully believe that they'll be throwing 40+ times
I read today that Doug ceded play calling to that nerd Press Taylor in the second half last week. That sure helped.
Press Taylor might be a bigger problem than Doug is. Not that I actually believe he ceded playcalling.
I agree. I'm not a fan of him nor was I a fan of Groh.
Too many cooks in the kitchen I think with Doug, Taylor, Scangello and Stoutland. Get an OC (Duce?) and get rid of Taylor. Him being bff's with Wentz isn't a winning combo.
I doubt that Stout is a part of the problem. I think he pretty much stays in his lane, and is good at what he does. He was dealt an impossible hand with the line this year.
Tough to know the pros and cons of what each of these other guys bring to the table without being in the room with them, but the end product isn't working. Isn't Mornhinweg involved somehow too?
I think we can safely say there's not a lot of Pros being brought to the table.

Ah yes Marty is too.
What I meant by Stout being less involved was I believe he's the run game coordinator. I hate splitting it up.
If you don't think taking a bureaucratic approach to football coaching isn't the height of brilliance, well then I don't know what to tell you.
It turns out this cabin has faster wifi than I do at home, a teevee on a satellite, and the game is on CBS. WV state parks kick ass. Rhetorical question here: should I beshtein my peaceful getaway by watching?
Life is misery and suffering, but you're already in West Virginia. Find an abandoned coal mine to explore and call it even.
Moonshine and coal mines.
I can hear the dueling banjos now.

la/arz i meant
there is no reason with no fans in a fake year where they make up rules day to day they couldnt just move wash/pit to the late spot sunday. did pit really need the extra day. who the farg wants to watch the garbage ass eagles
Aaron needs his time in the spotlight, too.
It'll help ya boi out so I can watch it on the 70" vs the iPad and a Reddit stream.
iPad is brand new and I don't need it dying from being thrown in disgust
air play is your friend. or just mirror sometimes it dont work
I've tried and it never works. Next time I have to stream I'll try it again

The league is trying to manufacture an MVP race and if Rodgers drops 4 TDs on the Eagles as scheduled, that will be the overall narrative of the game.
From a marketing standpoint the Eagles are just playing the role of the Washington Generals in this one.
I miss Meadowlark Lemon and Geese Ausbie
Man, I wish the Eagles were as competent as the Washington Generals this year.
if the game ended right now the eagles would win
Turned it on and LOL1 got got twice.
Back to Netflix.
darius slay and cary williams are the same person
Just got back from making dinner and walking the dog. This isn't the bloodbath I was expecting.
This is hard to watch
I'm sick of watching the ginger farg take sacks
if they dont put hurts in now then just launch him into the sun
this whole thing is over, theyre awful, theyre going to lose anyway. just do it.
Confidence in going 90 yards?
It may take 20 plays if they do
wentz had goeddert for a massive gain and threw a pop up....then he worm burns an out to ertz....then nobody is open of course on 3rd and long
what is the point of this
Jefferson 9 catches 121 yards td
Reagor 8 yards on a reverse
as of now the eagles have a national tv game next week
Well that was a nice play that didn't count.
So looks like Slay will have to apologize to the team once again this week. He should just copy and paste the same speech with the receiving corps coming up.
Since it appears the players have quit, the coaching staff has quit, the organization has quit I think it's time we collectively quit.
i am here for a stupid qb controversy between 2 guys who suck
In for Hurts rest of season
The Hurts/Reagor era starts now, I guess.
Jake Elliot one of the guys who won't be back next year.

if they get a drive for the win its lock city to go for 2
Jesus Christ Elliot beautiful touchdown pass by hertz beautiful punt return for a touchdown by the rookie And this farging dickless bean pole misses another extra point

Suddenly I have become a very religious man and will continue to pray. The fact they locked him up to to long-term contract infuriates me even more
Second week in a row the play of the game for me was seeing herbig in there for peters
Here's the full list of players from the super bowl team that should be back next year.
Cox
Barnett.

The good news is that's about all they can afford to bring back.
Alrighty than.
Well, this week you can actually blame the loss on the defense. It was a group effort, but the defense really sealed it.
low key good idea to let him score the td...not that they can win this game anyway but once they got into fg range just let them score
May because this game is so bad but Romo has been extra irritating today
Is Romo drunk?
No coach who loses four games in a row should get to keep their job.
The fourth season of The Crown is terrific. So glad I watched that rather than this pile of horseshtein.
I'm slightly more optimistic about next season than I was. Hurts isn't great, but he doesn't have the biggest case of brain goblins I've ever seen, so that's a plus. I'm ready for a scorched earth couple of offseasons to get rid of so much dead weight.
the beautiful thing about this is this situation is such a mess. you have 2 qbs, one young and unproven but pretty mediocre overall and one totally broken. how do you decide which one to go to or keep. whose decision will it be. who wants to make this decision.
what a farging dumpster fire

The funny thing is that this rule would clean out the entire NFC East.

It fargin' should.
how doug got this job and won a super bowl is something i will never understand
he is the dumbest human being on the planet. and he got a nfl coaching job! and he won a super bowl!
The farther we get from it, the stupider that whole season becomes. Two future hall of famers go on IR and they win a shootout in the super bowl against Tom Brady with a journeyman backup quarterback who was so bad he wanted to retire.
I don't even care to dissect it. We got a SB and it was a magical year.
Exactly let's just enjoy the Vince for a long long long time. Honestly I look at it as redemption for all of the other farg ups over the years like Vermeil treating the two weeks before Super Bowl XV like training camp and totally ruining his team by kickoff, Fatty coaching like a Hoyda in NFCCG vs Tampa, Carolina disaster, the defense playing like horse ass vs Warner and the fraud Cards in 08, the birds were due. Folles and the offense played out of their minds and the defense came up huge at the end to beat the Patriots.
Oh my god just watch the Aaron Jones touchdown that sealed the deal for the Packers, complete comedy of errors, just sums up how bad this defense really is
I spent my afternoon eating oysters, drinking beer, splitting firewood, and hiking a mountain trail.
What did you guys do?
Lesbo MILF porn.
Vukes wife?
more likely a deep fake of Warner's Wire Haired Man Goblin and Tipper Gore
I reinstalled Skyrim to take screenshots that I then used to annoy my friends.
The three of us were each more productive than Alshon Jeffery. Imagine that.
His name should be spelled Jefrey. Just saying.
it's absolutely preposterous that he's on the roster much less getting legit run
Fulgham may not be the next T.O. but every snap he doesn't play so Alshon can is proof that the Eagles are a trash organization that puts something--I don't know exactly what, they're so f'n hapless--before winning football games.
I read something the other day where Doug seemed to say that Fulgham needed to work harder and focus better. Like since he burst on the scene he was getting attention from top corners and he needed to work through that on getting open.
Or he's just an average player who had a nice run because teams didn't take him seriously
Lucky for us, the smartest guys in the room keep sending Alshon out, so we'll never know.
He really didn't look average. I'm not saying he's the next Jerry Rice but he's better than raggedy Alshon right now.

Fulgham stinks but that isn't the point...Alshon quit two years ago...he's a living breathing detriment to rye team both on and especially off the field...he should not be on the roster
If Fulgham didn't exist Alshon should not be playing. He is a corpse.
Look, there's a lot of corpses with big paychecks, you can't just not play all of them. So roll Wentz, Peters, and Alshon's collective carcasses out there, duct tape Kelce back together, and let's lose another one.
