Title: Week Ten - 2014
Post by: PhillyPhreak54 on November 06, 2014, 08:51:20 PM
Dalton with his patented Romolike awful pick early on

Let's see if they take advantage of Leonhard's fumbled punt

these 2 teams dont matter

bengals should sign tebow and the browns should play manziel. that would be fun to watch.

Reuben Frank ‏@RoobCSN 3m3 minutes ago

Andy Dalton is first QB to throw 30 or more passes, complete 30% or less & throw for under 100 yards since Stan Gelbaugh vs. Eagles in 1992.

The 2014 Seahawks haven't destroyed anyone since Week 1. They didn't destroy the Raiders last week. I doubt they will destroy the Giants today.

that's not accurate, though its a fancy conspiracy theory

fox for whatever reason (and i dont understand this) has worse satellites than cbs, so its more difficult for them to switch games. see when you switch, you take a portion of the audience to another game, while some stay with the current game. its a complicated procedure for the signals, and what not, and all that mumbo jumbo nerd terminology.

fox is paying billions to carry the nfl....they want ratings....the last 10 minutes of a boring cowboys game has no sway. usually when a switch occurs, it happens early to mid 3rd qtr, when theres still a ton of time. the dallas game reached official levels of uncompetitiveness in the 4th, and by then fox probably figured it wasnt worth the trouble.

Title: Re: Week Ten - 2014
Post by: MDS on November 09, 2014, 06:16:19 PM
youre missing the point...as usual

they'd have to change it for a portion of the audience, but not for some. meanwhile a portion of the audience is getting a different game. if 100% of the audience was moving to ____ game, it would very simple. but when youre splitting the signal 3/4/5 different ways, as is the case at 100 sunday, it gets complicated. thats all i know.
