Clearly this is a product of the lockout.  No paycheck has forced him into a life of crime.  Other NFL players are soon to follow.

Seriously though, the article doesn't say what actually (allegedly) happened.  He was arrested for theft.  Ok, so what did he (allegedly) steal?  Did he walk out on his bar tab?  Grab some poker chips for souveniers?

My money is on that he ate and ran. Due to his age, his speed was greatly affected and was caught from behind. He was never a great route runner.

i heard that his girl was the one behind it all...she wanted to order something that was no longer on the menu...then got pissed and ran across the street to buy food somewhere else and brought it back...then they said you cant do that and so she was like then we arent paying for our tab here...which by the way the rest. was only going to make them pay for their drinks not the food

so not really skipping out on the tab more like straight up refusing to pay it

Dude's an idiot. Apparently he didn't use his juice. All he had to do was ask, "Do you know who I am? DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM? I'm the motherfarging dancing with the stars reigning champion, that's who I am bitch!"

I'm pretty sure they would have escorted him home. Otherwise, it's hard for me to believe he f'ed up on the sobriety test....at least the dancing portion of it.

Evidently, he forgot he was no longer a Cowboy.
