youre not going?
also why is baltimore getting this awful game
god no im not going....i barely wanna watch it
if the option exists they almost always put the eagles on in baltimore...theres lots of eagle fans around here and the baltimore market extends all the way to the delaware line where theres many more birds fans
The Wire isn't on?
its always on in my heart
This game is the equivalent to the last preseason game
Might be better to lose in regards to draft status, with a loss I think the Eagles would be in the low 20 range while Dallas would be 10-15
extra tailgate time.

draft wise it doesnt really have much meaning to the eagles since they are a playoff team

If the Eagles lose the wildcard game, they'll be picking #24 unless the NFC West team and/or Indy wins
Dallas is at #7 now and can't pick any lower than #12
easy if there was a cf draft i would pick you mid to late third round

Actually they put Baltimore on in the lower two counties in DE over the Eagles, which both does and doesn't make sense.
Kitna most likely out. Stephen McGee to start at QB.
300 yards passing.
in the first half
BTW the Accuscore report for this game gives the Eagles a 69% chance of victory, even without Vick and other starters. I heard that from this lady (Jenny Dell) who wants to bone me bad:

finally a line on this game....Eagles -3, O/U 43
They'll beat the over by halftime.
In less than 24 hours it switched to Cowboys -1.5
Inactives: RB McCoy, RT Justice, WR Jackson, DE Cole, LB Bradley, DT Laws, CB Samuel and QB Vick
Holt shtein lol.
poor maclin
i benched him today, but maybe i should start him, lol
Poor Kolb. Can't wait to hear the fanbase reaction when he goes demolished today behind the practice squad line throwing to riley cooper and chad hall all game.
Packers and Giants losing >>>>>>> more important than this game with TB winning.
Almost time for the Irrelevant Bowl. I feel bad for Kolb, he's basically starting a preseason game. I hope the line doesn't get him killed.
could be a fun game though. we'll see.
i talked to mcgee very briefly earlier this year
he was nice
he looked like he was 15
carry on
Sure. It's not going to mean anything, but I'll be curious to see what people like Kolb, Harrison, and Lindley can bring to the table. We could see Reid roll the dice on some weird stuff too, because who cares.

Apparently Maclin's only 36 yards away from 1000 and that would give them two 1000 yard WR's.

I'm in Texas so it's a regional feed for me, but you can watch the game on the computer (if you don't mind watching it that way) via the web. That's how I'm wathing the other two games.
Patterson still farging up.
The crowd sounds much more fired up for this preseason game than last week's meaningful game.

Kolb learning from Vick's legs
Lindley's having a good game so far. It's weird he looks (physically - body type wise) like Samuel. I keep wondering why he's playing until I see the number.

If only there was some way they could use that momentum to get the ball to someone behind them, who could then run forward beyond the line of scrimmage.

Difference is Vick has the athleticism/arm to pull it off...Kolb does not. I've counted 3 times now that I can remember where he should have stepped up and instead started running around
5th rounder
did moose really just say hes been impressed with how the eagles have played offensively?
I'm not comparing athleticism. I'm saying it's stupid to throw off your back foot as a QB.
I know, and I'm saying some guys can get away with it, or even pull it off. Kolb's not one of those guys.
But generally when Vick starts running around he has enough speed to get around a guy and thus give himself some space to step into the throw.

i mean hes a rookie who was hurt a lot late in his college career so its kind of expected for him to struggle in the pros this year but this is the perfect kind of game for him to learn and get his confidence back and hopefully use as a stepping stone for next season when he will be in the mix for the right corner spot

tough to say....minny game was somewhat of a letdown because of what happened @ ny. if they needed these last 2 to get id think that they would have gotten them.
they would have won today if it mattered but they did need to win the minnesota game and didnt...so i have no idea what you are talking about when you say they would have won the last two if they needed them

disagree...the bye would have been humongous...knowing that chicago had a very losable game today made the minnesota game huge
if they lose last week without the ny comeback im not sure andy would be breathing....but then again maybe ny wins @ gb and they still get in with a win today
I think the team was over confident after the giants game, that more than anything is why they lost.
The bar I went to had so many Cowboys and Eagles fans that the manager had the game on the biggest screen in the place. Pretty weird considering the playoff implications of the other games, but I actually enjoyed watching the defensive backups make some plays.
Holy shtein the offense made me want to punch babies, though.
So how many of the Cowboys fans were talking shtein. I have read crap all over my facebook and internet...a lot of them are actually bragging about this win. You can't have a rational conversation with them. They literally have the worst fans in the world. I tried to explain to them that the game meant absolutely nothing and I was told I am only making excuses. The only thing the Cowboys did was cost themselves draft slots.
The Cowboys fans were cheering but not talking trash. There was one guy in a Phillies hat with a "Dallas Sucks" t-shirt underneath his Eagles jersey, who removed his jersey and loudly stomped around the bar any time the Eagles did anything good (no, it wasn't me). So, it's safe to say the Eagles fans were more obnoxious than the Cowboys fans in aggregate.

I love when they talk shtein. This victory was more a slap in their face as they could only muster up one offensive td against the birds intramural squad.
Teo-Neshim got a sack and a Moose Johnston loved the birds yesterday so all is good.
That has to rank up there as one of the most boring games to watch. ever. even watching in fast forward on the DVR still felt like a lifetime of awful offensive play.
i, for one, was at work and barely paid attention.
so....yea.
The only Eagles game this season I didn't watch....or care to
That was the first game since the Birds/Cincy game to close out 2004 that I cared less if I missed it or not. Even with it involving the Cowboys who really gave a shtein? Kolb audition was the only thing worth watching and that was a massive fail.
Kind of hard to classify it as a massive fail, when Austin Howard and Clay Harbor were trying to block Demarcus Ware one on one.
also he was throwing to clay harbor and chad hall
and im sure andy and marty spent the entire week watching film on the packers and used the exact same gameplan from 3 weeks ago
True, I did feel bad for Kolb as he had the understudies as his supporting cast. I thought he was done after that last hit he took. I believe it was Bowen.
Why was Reid putting Kolb in harm's way on 4th down in a meaningless game from his own 10 yard line? Is he trying to get him killed?
Just take a knee and go home.
