I'm guessing the gates open around noon
unless its changed its 1pm
I'm going to be in town and am now seriously considering making this happen.

yessir...i gotta see how many i can get, but i dont think it should be a problem - you can even sit next to sunny...how many?
if the tickets are all or mostly all together id probably be in for a few
I have no idea where I'll be. We're following a group who have a big tailgate, that's all I know. I'll swing by the usual Wachovia spot and creep around. I'll look for the big container of crack juice and zubaz wearing idiots.
I need 2 more if anyone's got em..
Good luck with that, this is a hot ticket.
Oh yea?
My 'hook up' put in for these tickets 3 months ago. This week she had to fight to keep them.
yeah dh prime time games against division rivals with first place on the line are usually the toughest games
has anyone heard if the lots for night games are indeed 1pm again this year?
i mean to call wachovia yesteday to confirm and forgot

They changed it to 11am this year. Step yo game up, dook.
for real?
No idea. But you should show up at 11 in case they change their mind.
no
Please?
ok
I may still show up for this tailgate.
Show time is 11am in case you missed it.
look for my car ill be the first in line at the gate
Do you drive the Range Rover to the games or something a little less fly?
hell no....i have a "tailgating car" that i take there
actually my LAND rover is almost four months old and has just under 1100 miles on it....and 900 of those were from one trip....i never drive it
Land Rover. Range Rover. Both are expensive, flashy vehicles with limited functionality. Still, smart choice not bringing it to the games.
land rovers are not even close to expensive....35-40
range rovers are like 70-80
Quote from: ice grillin you on November 20, 2010, 07:27:47 PMland rovers are not even close to expensive....35-40
ha, I paid $500 for my car more than three years ago....
cost is relative of course but i dont consider a vehicle in the 30's to be "expensive"
I do. We paid 16 grand for our "nice" car brand new.
i'm sure it will be, they have signs every 3 feet saying that the lot doesn't open until 7 hours before game time.
so, will they do 1 or be dicks and do 1:20.
either way, i'm shooting for 1:15ish
What time do I have to leave Lower Bucks County to get there at 1:15? Keep in mind that I'm opting to walk.
That depends on how long it takes you to get on 95. From there, its a half hour drive, give or take.

oh sweet because for a variety of reasons several people are coming late this week and i dont really know of anyone that is 100% coming at 1 so i need heads to save spots...because people dont have to get up at the crack of dawn to come down and the general hugeness of the game its gonna be nuts early down there this week
Maybe I'll take the train. How close is the station to the Wachovia lot?
is this your barney fife routine since you are a southerner now?

it's pretty close, you have to walk through the spectrum lot to get there, but it's not bad.

yeah, i saw your email on that, i'll be there right around then.
Well, if smeags doesn't return my PM, I have to find my own way there and back. And I don't want to drive for multiple obvious reasons.
how do you not know where the train station is at the sports complex?

the drive to fernrock is easy and it's free parking. the only reason i don't do it anymore is because all of the tailgating paraphinalia i have to bring.
ive been sick since wednesday and somehow today is the worst day of all...nightmare central if i feel like this tomorrow
If your taking a train in, I'm not sure your gonna find a train out that late. Subway will run, but the regional lines I think stop running at 12am? Check the train schedules, I could be wrong...I can't wait for this game! Leaving Lancaster at 11am.

I would leave in time to get back and watch the game on TV. But I think I may have other plans for the afternoon now.
errands?
Nah, going to hang out with some "offline" friends instead of some online "friends."
i think there are sighs of relief all around
Yeah, I don't like being the skinniest guy when I'm hanging out. Awkward.
We know. That sigh was us collectively breathing free after holding in our stomaches for so long.

I like what you did with the quotes there.
Yes I know it wasn't worth commenting on but I'm bored you farging hyenas.
Seriously, is it 8:20 yet? I can only drink so much Miller Lite.
Busch Light ftw
Lionshead Light, Grand Marnier, then Soco. Black out. Ripped an inflatable middle finger off a Giants fan's hand then burned it. Scream at the cowardly fans sitting down the entire game. A hell of a good time, didn't get home til 2am.
still drunk?
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LAO_4NvA74s
they were getting it the whole way back to their car. yes, im still drunk
thanks anyway DH. by the time you called junior was laready out with the car for the day.
ended up having a few people over for the game and the festivities included a nice smoke up with some fine product. probably why i didnt want to pucnh the t.v. every time collinsworths' face appeared.
speaking of, did anyone else wretch when that bag of shtein followed up a commercial plugging a Taylor Swift special with some kind of remark about NBC finally putting on some programming for "my kind of people," or something like that?
what a shteinheel
No. All the time I wasn't watching the game was spent wondering why they shopped out the thigh high boots from that chick doing the opening song.
