I went to the Kentucky Derby for the first time over the weekend. It was a good time, but horse racing kind of sucks when you don't win any of your bets
Preakness is good times in Baltimore. Since I've been living in Baltimore we've hosted a pre-race party on Preakness. Get everybody loaded up on black eyed susans and send them off. I don't go though...I'm the kind of guy who doesn't like to see horses die.
I went to the Philadelphia Racetrack. With the exception of munsons rape basement photos I've never seen a bigger bunch of degenerates in my life.

lol...this is true...race tracks on a normal everyday basis are some of the scariest places you could ever be

It's not like they immediately shoot the losing horses right there on the track. At least not openly
Now that would sell some tickets.
Bunch of sick fargs out there.

Not true at all. They put one down on national TV last year(?). Horse finished the race, trainer came out, wham! Dead. They interviewed the doctor immediately after. It was farging surreal.

I've only been to Churchill Downs for the derby, but if tracks are anything like OTB parlors, then they really are full of disgusting maggots

I remember this because of the controversy it caused. I believe they said it was the only humane thing to do. Regardless it's the exception; not the rule

that was hilarious.
[reporter]How is the horse, you seemed to be tending to its foot. [/reporter]
[vet]the horse broke its foot, we euthanised it a few minutes ago[/vet]
everyone in the room who we were watching it stopped talking immediately and had to rewind the dvr to make sure we heard it right

i used to live within walking distance of one...just the amount of seedy bars that pop up all around racetracks is incredible...its basically like a circus town...freaks everywhere
true story about a year ago we went to one of those bars and we were about to get jumped and probably shanked by like 11 mexicans...all stable hands from the track...luckily my friend was concious enough about it to get us out of there before anything really bad happened
did you ask them for their ID cards?
why do you think he was about to get shanked?
why not on general principle?
good question

:-D How true. Did that last weekend when we had to get materials for my son's school project. farging feared my life.
Wal Mart is full of freaks and degenerates pretty much any time of day. It's like moths to a flame. I hate that farging place.
I have never spent a dime at a Wal Mart
Though I did buy supplies at Sam's Club for a couple years when I had the janitorial services company. It's somewhere on the list of reasons I'm going to hell.
Can't say I've never shopped there, because sometimes it's practically unavoidable for me. I try and stay away from it as much as possible though. And on the rare occasion I do spend money there, I feel dirty afterwards.

big part of their business model, make it practically impossible to go anywhere else.
They've driven away most of the competition in the area I live in. There's almost no local retailers out here. It's pretty much Wal Mart, Target, Best Buy....almost nothing buy giant chain retailers. I hit the few local shops as much as possible but sometimes I simply can't afford the mark up in their prices and that's when I go on the cheap to Wal Mart. As long as I've got the cash on hand, I'll go to the little guy and put my money into the local businesses.

Heading here in a few. Nice day out, gotta sneak beer in though.
Speaking of degenerates, took my daughter to the carnival at the Neshanimy Mall lastnight, Carnies are some scary people.
Pants on Fire takes this today. Book it.
Animal Kingdom says you all suck at prognosticating.
can anyone refute this:
there are 3 types of people who watch horse racing---
1. weird, seedy people who hang out at race tracks
2. old people
3. women who like fancy hats
I know lots of people who were at the derby today...and one of the fargers won $24K

The hats today were almost as horrendous as what we saw at the royal wedding.

Nice!!
I don't bet the horses so I dont know much outside of the exacta-trifects-superfecta but how did they win the money?
that pic is greek to me
Superfecta wheeled, Dio.
This explains it in case anyone gives a farg.

Dude just posted a picture of $24k in $100 bills on his fb page. icehole. Lol :'(
My buddy won $8K last year on the Derby. Paid for his trip to Ireland, actually, the prick.
About a half hour before the race, my aunt (who knows nothing about horse racing and hadn't watched any of the 4 hours of pregame) put small bets on Mucho Macho Man to finish 1st, 2nd or 3rd only because the trainer's name almost sounded like hers and she wanted a reason to scream at the TV. Thanks to the late charge she's a few hundred richer. And my cousin-in-law asked where the Kentucky Derby was being held this year. Ah Bristol...
wops

I saw one at Monmouth Park. The horse brokedown at the top of the stretch. They put a curtain around him and gave him the needle.
my sister picked the derby right so i asked her to pick a preakness horse and i'd throw 20 on it. she picked shackleford. $272 not bad.
Our pre-party was 25 strong. We feed them, get them nice on black eyed susans, and send them off. With any luck someone won more than 70 bucks, which is the highest amount any of them has won in the past four years.

ha thats what i first thought of when she picked it too.
also check out rod strickland in the back...i bet he got a DUI after that game..
lol probably
and Armon Gilliam and his farged up hair
there was not a worse player in tecmo nba basketball than charles shackleford
Those hideous uniforms + Charles Shackelford = lowest point in Sixer history
that picture is a math problem.
how is it possible that ball 6 did not go into basket 7?
answer: charles shackleford.
