in times infinity.
not a roadie for you phony
I'll go if I can crash in your bed, eat all your food, and wear all of your clothes. Oh, and I'll need you to fly me out and pick me up for the airport.
Deal?
the bed thing is a given.
:crazy
I call outside spoon!
Also, I'll need you to pay for my ticket. K, thanks!
J-Ville is one of those places that makes me ask myself..."What the farg would I be doing in J-Ville". The only answer is watching an Eagles game.
If I still give a shtein about anything regarding this team...I may hop on the road trip bandwagon....but there is a higher chance of me getting hit by lightning.
farg J-Ville. I hate that god forsaken city. I got to watch Donovan puke the first time I was there, then throw the ball 97 farging times the next. The thought of that place makes me want to stab someone.
See y'all there.
who actually would go on that roadie and spend one second longer in jacksonville than it takes to play the game
normally its important but this is one trip where the city the game is being played in is irrelevant
i've been to jacksonville once. it was stupid.
in all seriousness, depending on the date you guys could really hook it up nice in daytona beach for the weekend. rooms down here are ridiculously cheap during the fall and early winter months and there's a ton of nice places to stay on the beach. if it happens during "biketoberfest" it will be a bit more expensive, but still, a 3 star hotel shouldn't cost more than 50 bucks a night.
plus there's a ton of good bars to hang out at beforehand if you get here on a friday.

The best part of being there was running into friends there. You, the Fans, and others. Aside from that, the place kind of makes me cringe.
i've lived here for almost 20 years and i think i've been to jacksonville maybe 20 times. out of those 20 about 18 of those were games at the stadium. there's literally no other reason to go there.
the family i have there lives by the beach, they never go into the city. This may be an entire family trip, Ma dukes included.

you've probably sat in the bar with my cousins too many times. they live and are big, big eagles fans.
My ladyfriend wants to drive the 16 hours instead of paying $500 round trip to fly. Fml
take the train with igy and watch the wire.

IN
$216 round trip on the train from philly to jville
It would be faster to drive
yeah its a few hours faster but a million times more awful
driving shouldnt even be an option
plane yes because its so fast but driving down 95 to florida is a nightmare and coming back is even worse...i will never do it again...chilling on a train and drinking playing cards...watching movies...getting beats...even hanging out in the dining and snack cars..being able to walk around ect...makes it so much better than driving
if you fly tho theres really no reason to take the train
Baltimore, MD to Jacksonville, FL
Southwest Non Stop 2 persons
Total Due: $450.80
not bad out of BWI
how sad is this...

No Tim Tebow, no problem.
The Jaguars sold 350 new season tickets at Saturday's "Select-A-Seat" event and the team's Chief Financial Officer, Bill Prescott, is optimistic that this Thursday's ticket-sales update will send the team to an all-time high for new season ticket sales in a year.
"We have a long way to go but in 2003 we sold about 8,800 new season tickets in the general bowl. That's the most we ever sold since the first sale when we got the team. As of last Thursday, we were at 8,100 new season tickets in the general bowl and I think this Thursday we will surpass that 8,800 level," Prescott told jaguars.com on Tuesday.
Alau is going to help them sell that stadium out
also their group minimum is ten....ive never seen a team have below 25 as their group...if they have group at all
christ even the washington nationals group minimum is 20
I should hop the train in Raleigh. Could finance my trip by beating igy at poker repeatedly in the bar car.
EDIT: (At first I was kidding. Then, I looked it up and noticed that the cost of the round-trip ticket would be $82.80, I could leave after 9 on Saturday night and would be home by 9am Monday morning. Not bad.)
igy doesnt play cards
i dont know that but i know that he doesnt. some guys are just Hoydas.

Hey guys - I just moved down here to Melbourne, Fl; need help with some good hook-ups for getting tix to the Jax game...
1. Long time, no see. Welcome back.
2. It's freaking Jacksonville.....they don't sell out so you can probably find tickets at the stadium on game day for face value, maybe even a few bucks below.
3. Why did you move to Florida? Are you old and near death?
they get like 20k a game...tickets will be everywhere and for super cheap

thanks man... lol...
me n da wife had our 1st child, but this was the first newborn she had on her side of the fam in like 30 years, so everybody in her fam moved down here to Fl to be close and give him a fam envir to grow up in. Bullshtein about the whole thing is that I had to leave my fam, my job, and everything I know too, but I gotta be present to raise my only son. What really sucks is that its hard as hell to find a DJ gig down here - everybody n their brother must be a dj. What sucks even more is that the complex I live at does not allow Direct TV on the grounds - Damn... I found a little Eagles bar in Satellite Beach tho...
Somehow I think you'll power through it all.
I don't. He's still rocking a Freddie Mitchell avatar so I'm only left to assume that his life skills are terrible. And that takes us back to him being near death. So Florida will suit him just fine.

LOL - Freddie is my Facebook friend, dammit!
so is anyone actually going to this farging thing or what?
Um, no.
nope, they all chose Tennessee, and i chose a couch

Um, no.
After 4 months, I haven't found a job yet in this damn state and this club is trying to stiff me for two nights of dj work - damn. If I get that money, I'll be there.
im a coin flip...gonna decide this week
damn, I thought the game would be on in my area but looks like it's not. maybe I'll go after all. Anyone else going?
If by "going" you mean watching at a neighbor's house or on atdhe.net, then yes.
so nobody will be enjoying the Jax culture and raucous night life?
i was seriously considering it but im going to the beach instead

I think he hates him because he has a house that's only 1/6th of a mile from the beach.
the cooler hitch doesnt help either
Thanks, i might go Bronco myself now
I'll be down at the beach Havas. You watchign the game down in OC?

With the 4oclock start we were gonna head back sunday, wasnt sure if you were hitting up the bars down there. Weather is gonna be summer like this weekend

i avoid watching eagles games with non eagle fans at all costs...if there were a good eagle bar in oc i probably would stay....but there isnt so im gonna head to my normal spot in dc
I think the last time i was actually down there for a birds game was when Randall broke his leg against Greenbay. We had a mini tv setup on the beach. We've never watched a game down there since.
You all are letting Rome down. He bought a block of 200 tickets (granted, it only cost him four dollars).
