have your credit card ready because we're about to release a :CF tutorial on Video Professor.
unless a change has been made that im unaware of only eight can be on the practice squad
You are correct my mistake. You are aloud a ninth if they live outside the United States.

I thought they were moving Klecko to punter
Okay, after this one Lurking Bastiches will not be able to start new threads.
Does General Failure fear he might have to put actual thought into the football side of posting!!
This is a very valid topic. And would love to know all your thoughts on why you are so eager to not talk about the roster!
It seems you nailed it when you named yourself General Failure!!
G_F nails a lot of things
i personally think they should go with the traditional 11 men on each side of the ball strategy. it's been proven over time and fits nicely with the fact that I have a jersey that states that I am the "12th man"
This thread is the cyber-equivalent of Megan Fox's thumbs.

Yeah, you're gonna do great here.
I guess this beats a thread about Cialis or e-commerce
remember when we used make lists like this and argue about them
back in the day yo
id love nothing more than to argue it for days but its entirely to early for something like this
theres just the game, the street, and what happened out here today
Now that we've established something of consequence, nobody better not go putting this information somewhere else.
I Don't think it is ever to early to talk about the roster. As I see it there are some really good compitions for jobs coming this summer. That started right after the draft.
We have a great battle for the five WR job maybe they keep 6 this year. Add Brandon Gibson in the mix and it is gonna fun too watch this summer.
Saftey compition will be fun to watch also. I am very interested in seeing Sean Jones and Victor Harris this year!
Our Ol is set but there is great compition for the reserve postions. Will Winston Justice get traded or cut?
I think there is a good battle at DE with Victor Abiamiri and Jaqua Parker and Chris Clemons. I hope Big Vic Wins!
Im sorry I can only take so much....c-o-m-p-e-t-i-t-i-o-n

Yes, it is to early. Let's bring this subject back up in oh let's say mid to late August.

stupid foreigners
Okay, now Lurking Bastiches can't start new threads or reply to old ones until they do the truffle shuffle.
Sorry newbie, but you have to tell us how many black people live in your area so we can know how good a judge you are on totally unrelated topics.
gordon mendenhall and the lil guys buddy dimichelle all cut
With Mendenhall getting cut. I wonder if they will bring in another big back for competition. Maybe a vet. Or do they stick with Kyle Eckel as the big back in training camp?
medenhall was mini camp fodder...his release has no bearing whatsoever on the roster

:-D
A great battle?? The Eagles are lucky to have one, maybe two wr's that would start on any other team in the NFL. You must be Dave Spewdaro's long lost brother.

This is not any other team. And they do start for the Eagles. I think Desean would start for more than half the teams in the league. And we have guys that play role's for us to spread the ball around. I think we might not have a stud elite guy but we have very good wr's and depth at the postion.
Jackson would start for - Miami, NYJ, Balt., Clev., Houston, Indy, Jac., Tenn., KC, Oak, Dal, NYG, Wash, Chic., Det, Minn, Tamp, St. Lo, SF, Seat.
Curtis would start for - Miami, NYJ, Balt., Hou., Jac., Tenn., KC, Oak, NYG, Wash., Chi., Det., Minn, Tamp., St. Lo., SF, Seat.
That is def. two that would start on alot of teams. And Im sure we have a couple more that would fill the #3 wr role also around the league.
WR is not this teams problem at all. We have to improve our Red zone scoring and short yardage. With the moves we made this offseason that looks good!
We and our are two pronouns you shouldn't use in this forum when referring to the Eagles, Ace.
Just an FYI.

If you don't feel that
we are part of
our team. You just might not be too much of a fan there ACE!
Maybe my grammar is off and maybe my spelling is not the best. But when I refer to our team and refer to us or we making moves, it is because
I feel this is our team!
it's not, boldy
Just trying to help.

A mediocre #2 receiver is going to lead this team to the promised land. Oh yeah!
Feel free to think the team is yours. We in turn will freely mock you for it.
Desean Jackson is much better than a mediocre #2! He is a 1 and could be an elite #1.
He's a number 2 dude. Maybe he'll blossom into a solid number 1. No chance he ever becomes elite. He's too game stupid and small.
and his endzone celebrations suck
Because he made one dumb play (dropping the ball at the goal line) Does not make him game stupid. Actually he is very game savoy. That is the common scouting reports on him. He runs great routs and gets open. He was a rookie last year. WR's don't come into there own until yr 2 or 3. So yes, last year he was a solid 2. This year he will improve to at least a 1 in my opinion. And he has every chance to be elite regardless of size! Marvin Harrisson, Joey Galloway, Steve Smith, Santana Moss are some examples of guys that are small that can dominate! Not the norm but can be done

forgetting to do something as fundamental as hold on to the ball until you actually cross the goal line = game stupid.

his game ruled italy for 85 years? nice.
He's made more than a few stupid moves, not just the dumbest one of the entire football season last year.
An elite WR draws double coverage almost every play. No way Jackson becomes that.

If he's a number one, and couldn't start for every team in the NFL, then your expectations are incredibly low when you take into account that teams normally start two receivers.
Some teams have two #1's and some already have the spead guy. Does'nt mean Desean is not a #1.
Some teams have two guys that could start on any team, and you're happy with a guy that might start on a couple of teams as the #2 guy? That's swell.
this new guy is swell
Your face is swell.
like the thing in my pants
bananas don't swell
he's talking about the crabs, dummy.
I thought it was his hemorrhoids.
winnar

Don't sell him short - it was historically stupid on par with Jim Marshall and Leon Lett
He has yet to top his missed endzone dive from college, but I'm sure he's working on it with a team of choreographers.
Chad,
Never mind them, you do what you have to. And this is just the offseason. Wait'll you get a hold of us after the first blown game or muffed punt. We're a swell bunch.
Your hemorrhoids are a swell bunch.
There once was a man with hemorrhoids
(ok, now somebody finish the limerick...)
that were swollen the size of asteroids
he wondered "how can this be?"
they're from brian macnemee
injecting his butt with steroids
not bad at all, but you are getting off topic. it's supposed to be about a man with hemorrhoids who makes the 53 man roster.
Lurie's working on the movie deal for that. The working title is Preparation Ache.
I don't think that would be very proctical, but GF, you have to change Sassy's screen name to Busta Limericks, he's earned it, yo.
