SAT 4:30 CBS = Baltimore @ Tennessee (-3)
SAT 8:15 FOX = Arizona @ Carolina (-10)
SUN 1:00 FOX = EAGLES @ N.Y. Giants (-4.5)
SUN 4:45 CBS = San Diego @ Pittsburgh (-6)
Anyone else a little surprised that NY/PHL did not get the Saturday night game?
They weren't going to give Andy Reid a short week. No one wants to see a blowout.
The Eagles played late today, so no, I'm not surprised they didn't get a Saturday game. I am a little surprised that San Diego/Pittsburgh didn't get the prime time slot, though. I doubt anyone is going to be watching Carolina/Arizona. They basically put the worst game of the four in prime time.

they want philadelphia and ny markets to get the best time slot and for a weekend that is sunday afternoon not sat night when people have plans and such
I'll bet the little Jew might disagree with that one.
Prime Time >>>>>>>>>> Afternoon games.
not prime time on sat night
sunday afternoon >>>>> sat night in tv land
what havas said
though the indy/sd game was the highest rated wild card since like a decade
stuart disgrace scott just said that the divisonal round is four rematches....fairly interesting

Holy shtein. Tennessee just rammed it right down Baltimore's fargin throat.
Wow what a throw.
John Harbaugh coached him to do that.
Ha. And now Baltimore turns right around and scores on Tennessee. Awesome throw from Flacco too.
Nice, the Titans fans cheer when Suggs goes down. Who do those guys think they are, us?
University of Delaware sucks
Amazingly enough, Jevon Kearse just limped off the field.

Wow.
27-7
:paranoid

Good thing you guys started getting your Carolina tickets early.
Fitzgerald already has 151 yards receiving.
Jesus Christ on a pogo stick.
IGY catching a train to Phoenix?
I honestly can't believe what I'm watching here.
And did anyone else catch Moose's comment when the Cardinals kicked the field goal to go up 20-7? He said the score would be 21-20 really quick.
Whoopsadaisy.
27-7 with Boldin inactive.

And he looks like the Don Cherry of the NFL with that suit.
Looks like Arizona can play some defense.
Ricky Manning, Jr. where are you?
I know every year whoever has the best statistical season is crowned the BEST WR in the league but I think without a doubt FITZ is the best. He is a beast. He is a GOD.
and paid rightfully so
I didn't think I'd see a beating this bad in the playoffs.

Not even tomorrow.
This is Jake Delhomme's worst game ever. And there have been some pretty bad ones in the past.
This one's way over. If the Eagles are playing next week, it's gonna be in Glendale.
Delhomme is horrific
I wonder how Card_Trader's doing

Two home teams down. There are only two #1 seeds, and Carolina isn't one of them.
As for stars aligning, you could just as easily say that things are aligning for the Giants to avenge Super Bowl XXXV.
farg, even Rod Hood is intercepting shtein in this game.

I meant 2 more games to go for the Birds bud..I should of clarified better
edit: actually I did farg up..thats my bad..dont know what the hell I was thinking
Two road teams win today....I dont like that in terms of rarity because if PHL wins, it makes 3/4 roadies winning,
it would make sense for the better team to win tomorrow, wouldnt it?
No mention of Baltimore getting about 1.5 seconds extra on the play that got them into field position for the winning FG?
Florio mentions it, and proposes a buzzer. I support that idea.
I proposed fireworks should be shot off out of the top of the stadium
Im still waiting
Wow, friggen' Carolina played Boldin soft, gave him big cushions coming off the line. He ran around the field like he wasn't even covered. How the hell do you play a receiver like him that way? What the hell was Carolina thinking?
That Baltimore/Tennessee game was one of the best I've seen this year. Great defensive hitting game. Fun to watch. Friggen' Baltimore is one dangerous ass team right now.

Ill assume you mean Fitzgerald
Boldin was tough to cover, incognito in his street clothes.
Also in street clothes on the other sideline last night? Darwin Walker.
oops. Yes, I meant Fitz.
Less correcting yourself. More mocking Darwin Walker and his thigh of glory.
Steelers try a fake punt from their own 45 and get stuffed
how about Reed trying to pull a Daniel Larussa bringing Sproels down on the kick return..wtf
can someone explain the "muff" rule or what just happened there...why cant you advance that...
Can someone explain to me why every team in the NFL postseason appears to be utterly incompetent? What the farg is going on?
From Jerry Markbreit (http://www.chicagotribune.com/sports/football/bears/askthereferee/cs-041118jerrymarkbreitsanswers,0,6712482.story):
QuoteThe definition of a muff is as follows: touching of the ball prior to possessing the ball. The act of muffing the ball is not considered possession. In order to advance the ball, which the kicking team recovers, it has to be possessed by the receiving team first. But, the kicking team can also recover a muff, but it cannot be advanced. The people who wrote the rules of the game thought it was unfair to allow the kickers to recover a ball and advance it, unless the receiving team possessed it first.
