....besides the obvious, Dallas, Cowboys, Texas blah blah blah I have discovered that the word "Dollop" gets on my nerves. I hate the word and its gotten to the point that I hate people who use the word. Am I the only one who gets annoyed by a random harmless word. If I am not, please, feel free to post the word you hate.
"Per se". We used to have a contest during our weekly meeting, over/under on how often the dept head would use it.
bureau and slacks are easily the two worst words in the human language
Its not a word, but "anywho"
People who say that should be killed instantly.
I hate the word 'Quaint' and anyone that uses it
christianity
"Verse," especially when it is mistakenly used instead of "versus."
Whimsy/whimsical. People who say this, especially those who say it while smiling, need to be punched in the face until they stop moving.
I like all the words.
The word "No".
tasty
I hate the word bro. People need to stop using it at the end of every sentence.
Sure thing, chief.
"Mission Accomplished"
"Bailout"
I hate it when iceholes respond to something I've said with "correct."
Yeah, I know it's correct, dicksucker. If it weren't correct I wouldn't have said it.
Online, when people use "Prolly" instead of "Probably", it makes me want to kill.

I hate getting that kind of verbiage on "formal" academic research papers. From supposedly "advanced" students.
Advanced people in Florida are like average people elsewhere.
I was watching a show about Moose and they said the Moose was developing a "Dewlap". I said to myself "There's another word I hate." Maybe because it is so similar to Dollop. But I like the word Dollar. hmmm.

I would hope that sort of thing would be an automatic fail.

Of course. Then I get to hear them whine about it. Then I get to write a detention. Makes my day!

I am not the only cockney here.
there are some phrases I really dislike.
one occurs to me now, having read CNN.com's current headlines: suicide victim
uh...no
you cannot be a victim of suicide
