Take care Reid.
This game is going to be close. I think the 19-16 score is pretty spot on, but I'll be a homer and go the other way with it.

Die Dallas, Die.
I'm running errands in the sky I want a good posting on what happened
Receivers aren't getting seperation. Reid better start dialing up Westy and TE screens. Let's see some runs from Buck.
If you are getting out-coached by the worst coach in america then you are in trouble.
We need more singleback runs for no gain or negative yards. More singleback runs!
Ugly 1st Q- D is playing well though.
Trent should be going to the Pro Bowl
worst coach of all time
^^No doubt^^
... and it ABSOLUTELY KILLS ME... that the owner can't see it... or flat out refuses to do anything about it.
if you take out the scrambles and the two meaningless end of half runs he called 12 run plays the entire game in windy conditions with two wr's injured...how does that not get you fired immediately after the game
I actually give Reid a little credit for holding the Skins scoreless on those last 2 plays of the half.
Amazing what Miami and Atlanta can do with overhauls in one year, but yet Lurie continues to be enamored with Reids record as an Eagles coach.
Not even that...but when Reid again for the 13th time is in front of the press putting blame on himself for the bad execution, one has to think its a cry for help at this point
Philly saved a coaching job ... Jim Zorn's
The Philadelphia Eagles went out and saved the coach's job Sunday. Unfortunately, it was Jim Zorn's.
Maybe Andy Reid didn't need to endure the Eagles' horrendously bad 10-3 loss to the taterskins, but Zorn, whose team had dropped five of its previous six, sure was able to use it.
While the taterskins were leaving skid marks as they fell through the NFC East standings, Zorn declared himself the worst coach in the league. He must be getting better, though, because he wasn't even the worst coach at FedEx Field today. And, amazingly enough, the fraying taterskins weren't the worst team on the field.
"They were the better team," Reid agreed.
In the space of an afternoon, the Eagles went from a team that had its playoff destiny in its own hands to a team grasping at air. Their hands are as empty as their previous promise that they understood the urgency of their situation.
Just listening to the ESPN 950 show...I think its Jody Mac or whoever and they mentioned there is some baseless rumor about Lurie trying to get Pioli to come from NE to Philly to become the GM, esp if the Eagles lose this next game and Reid is fired.
ALL BS AND WONT HAPPEN.
I heard that yesterday. I think Mortensen said it on ESPN although I'm not sure. I was hammered by 11:45.
Yeah,
listening to the game through Mike and Merril, even I was able to predict the plays...
And than the fat idiot staing in the press conference: "Well I have to put the players in a better position to make plays" for the umpteenth time... something he has proved he never does on a consistent basis. He did not do it when McNabb had his sportshernia (only after McNabb was out for th eseason). He did not do it before McNabb ripped apart his knee. He did not do it whenMcNabb was clearly not 100% coming back form a knee injury. And he refuses to do so again this year....
If time and again opposing players say that the knew the Eagles will run. If the base defense put against your offense seems to be nickel or dime, regardless of who you are playing or field position, than something is seriously wrong...
I wonder what has or had the least chance of succeeding: Picket's charge at Gettysburg, the Union charge up Mary's heights at Fredricksburg or an Andy Reid lead/coached/gameplanned/called Eagles offense. To me it seems the Eagles offense...
