Eagles open as a 7-point road favorite and won their last two trips out there (2001 and 2002).
Tatupu got hurt for the second week in a row (this time a groin injury), Hasselbeck is still rehabbing the injured disk in his back, and Branch has missed 6 of their 7 games. Seneca Wallace has been starting at QB and they've been using 3rd-string WRs for most of the season.
Most of the country will be watching Dallas/New York during this game.
Eagles - 31
Seahawks - 13
Word on the street says Seahawks suck against the run so I expect 70+ pass attempts from McNabb
this is the game were reid once again shows how terrible he is. he will be out coached by his mentor. i mean he gets out coached by every one anyway but with the injuries the seahawks have the eagles SHOULD win but wont.

Thats exactly what scares me about this one.
well i say it because they have yet to play a full game where they remain dominant. its always moments. never a full game.
i dont expect blowouts like the rams game but since that game in week 1 the eagles have not played a solid full four qrts. they either start off hot and then fizzle out. or start off very slow.
seattle is always tough at home. holmgren would love to school his fat apprentice in his final game against him.

thank god tatupu is out
Seneca freakin' Wallace will be throwing to seabiscuit and retard's grandmas out there... and their defense is terrible. As inconsistent as this team has been this year... they won't lose to Seattle.
Eagles - 37
Seahawks - 17
I won't really give a rat's ass if the Eagles win this or not, so they'll probably win.
no chance they win by less than 24 pts

ohh good then.
i just think the eagles lose because they have won 2 in a row, in a rather unconvincing manner, and they will over value themselves and look past the seahawks.
that and i already mentioned how reid will be out coached.

So, they lose or win big? Or did you just have to force a negative into what would have otherwise been a homertastic prediction?
Where's the negative? He said the Eagles win by 24 or more...
i should have typed it in canadian
votre mère est un hamster et votre père odeur de sureau

Here let me give it a try...
Eagles 34
Seabags 17
ha - I thought ice grillin you was just being sarcastic.
He's right though. The Seahawks defense is just plain bad, ranking 22nd against the run and 30th against the pass (27th Overall). Their offense is ranked 30th overall, 24th for points scored, 32nd in passing yards, and 12th-T in rushing yards.
The Eagles 8th ranked offense should be able to beat up on their craptastic D and stop their one-sided offense, other than John Carlson.
allow me to start the obligatory
our birds 20
their birds 10
iggs - 28
hags- 10
38-10, Us.
god i hope we win this one

Eagles 31
Seahawks 17
Eagles: 27
SeaIGYs: 16
There is no way the Eagles win by any less than 23.
But.........they could lose by 14.
Seattle sucks....even worse than the Eagles.
Seneca Wallace? Are you serious?
Birds 27-10.
41-40 Eagles in a squeaker.

In English, one would say "They will win by at least 24 points", but VIGY preferred to use a double negative (no, less) to make his point. Hey, two for the price of one :)
Can't a guy bust balls around here?
No, every guy on here, except me, tries to suckle balls
*edit-thanks dio
sans means without, not except
Hasselbeck and Branch officially out Sunday
So, the Seahawks are sans Hasselbeck and Branch.
But they've still got some sansional players on that team.
BOOOOOOOOO, but only because it's not really true.

Smith Out; Celek In At TE

By: JOE DOLAN
One week after suffering a concussion on a late hit by Falcons safety Lawyer Milloy, Eagles tight end L.J. Smith has been ruled out for Sunday's game at Seattle, head coach Andy Reid said Friday.
Reid said tests relating to Smith's injury hadn't come out as consistent as the team would have liked to allow Smith to play, although the Eagles were optimistic he could go earlier in the week. In his stead, Brent Celek will make the start at tight end.
"(Smith)'s a tough guy. It can be frustrating, but this is a little different. A concussion is a little different than some of the other things he's had," Reid said. "But he wants to play, he's a competitor. It's one of those things that will pass and he'll be fine."
Also banged up, though making the trip, is wide receiver Jason Avant, who left last week's game with back spasms. The trap strain that resulted is still bothering Avant, Reid said.
In a bit of good news, wide receiver Reggie Brown is likely to return to action, though DeSean Jackson will start alongside Kevin Curtis. But Reid said a frequent rotation looks to be the team's strategy.
"(We'll) kind of mix and match them on both run and pass plays," Reid said. "We'll just see."
Reid said defensive end Juqua Parker, who has been limited in practice with knee swelling, is listed as probable for Sunday. Parker was held out of drills on Friday as a precaution.
Cornerback Asante Samuel, who tweaked his hip this week, was removed from the injury report and will play.
The hit was late, not dirty. Much like Dawk's hit on Ike Hilliard a few years ago.
I'm glad they're holding LJ out, because I think he sucks and Celek is certainly no worse, and also because a concussion is a brain injury, so ish should be taken seriously.

That.

McNabb is sucking bad.
they didn't win by at least 23 (or 24). fail
The first play to Koren Robinson didn't count because Lito shouldn't have been starting.

Yeah, but I think you need to find a different shtick. The prediction racket isn't working out so well for you.
From Domo's article (http://www.philly.com/dailynews/sports/20081103_By_Paul_Domowitch.html) today.
QuoteCorrell Buckhalter failed to convert a second-quarter third-and-1 run. It was the seventh unsuccessful third-and-1 run by the Eagles in 11 attempts this season.
Disgusting... and fatass thought he could go into the season without a FB.
