This offseason they signed the top WR on the market (Chris Jackson, Graziani's former #1 in LA) and the top QB as a backup (Matt D'Orazio from Chicago), but they lost Sean Scott to Cleveland.
(Yeah, I know nobody gives a crap except Rome and his weak ass Orlando teams.)
Has Graziani gotten hurt yet? ::)
What did I hear about the Soul and the Coliseum in Voorhees today? I missed it.

I used to know a chick that banged him. She was a dancer at Glam in Old City.
I had my Bachelorette Party there. LOL

Looks like they have their own practice facility there now
WHen will they be signing Reno Mahe?
This is infinitely worse than the NASCAR thread.
when's your first article on them?
Go get an interview with Todd France. Ask him about his glory days as an Eagle.
Hate me because I is a playa?
Its not hate, Todd. Its a good dose of CF love.
i actually have tickets to the game tonight.
it's a special ticket deal through Chickie and Pete's where you start there and it's all you can drink miller lite and all you can eat 2 hours before the game, then they shuttle you over to the Wach and back after the game. $45 each ticket, lower level seats. pretty decent deal i guess.
interesting offer. The Arizona Rattlers have "guaranteed" their season ticket holders a trip to the playoffs, or a full refund.

THats a bad ass deal Sun. Do they always have that? If so, might need to take advantage of that
its a bad deal because he has to go to the game
i speant about 2.5 quarters at the game a total of 7 hours at Chickie and Petes, for which 3 of them i ate and drank for free...i win
spending one second at the game makes you a loser
Nice start to the season....9 TD passes (Soul record) including 4 to Jackson
Including the end of last season, they've won 3 of their last 4 games.....all at home vs Orlando
Sarcastic comment.

Crab legs and crab fries.
Nothing says fine dining like sprinkling Old Bay on cold and soggy french fries.
That's why you have to be drunk to eat there.
Duh.
watching sportscenter today they had a highlite where a FAN stole a ball from a wr while the play was on...and the sportscenter anchor said that this is legal!....someone please tell me he was wrong

Philly goes to 2-0 with a great win at Chicago (60-49)

no it wasnt in the stands...he reached on the field and stole it from the wr...then the other team came over and started huggin him
so gay
Shocker....Graziani got hurt again. Sprained knee, possibly out 2-3 weeks.
They won by 21 over New York though. The replay is on CSN if anyone is bored.
i heard on WIP it was a cheap shot and the guy got kicked out of the game?
when did it happen? i don't feel like watching anymore of it than i have to
That QB is injury prone! He's not worth that contract! Get him outta town!! Plus he's a mental midget who couldn't hack it in the rough and tough real mans NFL!!
Trade them AJ Feeley

End of the 3rd quarter on a TD pass. The guy hit him in the knees and the refs never penalized him. Jaws got pissed and stormed after them. That same guy got kicked out in the 4th quarter when he hit our WR in the head on the way back to the huddle.
That was one of the biggest cheap shots I've ever seen on any level. Arena football or not Jaws had a right to be pissed.
Philly destroyed LA on their home turf, 71-34
nice. I didn't check the boxscore, but is Graziani playing or out?
out 3-4 weeks
thanks
good thing they got a backup that can play this year. LA was supposedly one of the best in the AFL.
5-0
6-0 and they're about to start a game now....on CSN
Amazing comeback in that game....down 20-0 after the 1st quarter and 33-7 halfway through the 2nd at the defending champs' home and they won on a 2-pt conversion with :10 left (58-57)
7-0, still tied with Dallas
Got free tickets to see the KC Brigade vs Chicago Rush tonight. Monty Montgomery (KC) appears to be the only former Eagle on either squad.

Get on it, Sassy.
If there's anything this board doesn't need (besides Munson), it's 2 threads about arena football.
There are 1151 (http://www.concretefield.com/forum/index.php?action=mlist) things this board doesn't need, nevermind arena football threads...
I was asked to leave the arena last night right before halftime. There was some dude and his ugly 5 year old kid sitting next to me and the kid had a pair of those annoying thunder sticks that you slap together and make noise and she was doing it nonstop.....when the defense was on the field, the offense, timeouts, everything. Non-farging-stop. And she kept hitting me in the head with one of them because she's 5 has no sense of what the phrase "personal space" means. I kept asking her dad to switch seats with her or just take the sticks away and he wouldn't do either. So after getting hit in the head for the 5th or 6th time I stood up, took the sticks from her and popped them. And rather than say anything to me about it, the dad immediately started calling for security. Farging hoyda.
If you would have done that from the beginning you wouldn't have had to sit through a half of arena "football"
Hahaha. Sassy got owned by a five year-old.

8-0
They are putting a serious asskicking on Columbus right now. They're 11/11 in touchdown drives at the moment.
DALLAS SUCKS
57-28 final....9-0

hey if they get Graziani and the other starters back, they're the closest thing to a Philly title contender right now, so jump on the bandwagon
Last night they beat Columbus while Dallas was upset at home, so they're back in first place. 10 wins is a new franchise record

they are all the same. if those sports went away 2 people would care.
Philly and Dallas traded touchdowns all night until the final minute. Dallas fumbled a kickoff, Philly ran out the clock. 71-64 final. 2 games left in the season (Cleveland, @New York). If they win both, they clinch their first division title and the #1 seed...

ha it's all good
looks like our old friend Quincy Carter started for Kansas City today. They lost... :-D
2-pt conversion attempt with 5 seconds left was intercepted....Philly won 62-61
If they win at New York, or Dallas loses at Chicago, the Soul get the #1 seed in the playoffs. If they lose and Dallas wins, Philly gets the #3 seed...
:crazy
Graziani still the QB?
he keeps getting knocked out each time he comes back
Soul up 42-10, 3rd quarter. Looks like a #1 seed and HFA in the playoffs... :yay
(yes I know nobody else gives a F)
honest question easy....do you truly get happy (ie care) when the soul wins...like would them winning the arena league really mean something to you...or do you just like knowing stuff
I care more about the Soul than I do what happens in the NBA.
pretty sure i was asking easy
if they won the Arena Bowl, it'd be nice but it's not a major title
i mean do you watch and cheer for them during regular season games..or even just playoffs...do you know the players names and all that
I don't watch whole games but I'll check em out when they're on. Since they weren't on TV today I listened up to halftime when the game was out of reach. I can't name every player but I know the main ones....Graziani, D'Orazio, Chris Jackson, Eddie Moten, Larry Brackins, Sean Scott....
sean scott isn't on the team anymore
he came back after a short time in Cleveland
i'm embarrassed for you
you wouldn't be the first :P
For the second time this year, Jerrah's team swept New York in the regular season then lost their home playoff game against them :-D
Soul almost choke and then beat NY on a last second TD with 0.0 on the clock and win by 1.
lucky as shtein. he was down but soul would have had the ball on the two with 1.6 seconds left. with that said, i could really give a rat's ass.

Soul up 21 w/ the ball with 13 mins left in the game. Looks like a trip to the ArenaBowl :yay
I'm watching it....just because nothing else is on. But it has been pretty exciting. Mike Brown made an amazing play on a KOR. Leaping over the kicker while the kicker was still standing.
