Banged-up Rivers
No LT
Pretty much no Gates
14-6 NE
Good thing Reid cut Gaffney...I mean, he sucks.
Right?
::)
Another INT
Rivers is killing them
torture on that final drive
21-12 final
Gaffney does kinda suck. He wasn't ever that great in NE either. I mean he was ok, but not worthy of being angry over a cut.
Wrong. He's been a stud in New England. Next year I'd expect him to go as high as the 7th round in fantasy drafts.

lol, he hasn't been a stud. He is a reliable receiver, but not a gamebreaker. He wouldn't have done much here if he had stayed.

He is better than any WR the Eagles have sans Curtis and Brown. And since he wasn't god enough to be an Eagle, he went to the best team in NFL history and made a contribution.

That can be debated. Put Baskett or Avant in a real system with real weapons and they may do what Gaffney has done for them. You can't really compare.
The Patriots bore the hell out of me.

Fair enough.
watching the NFC on DVR with 8:30 to go 3rd qtr as much as I hate the g-men I am completely enjoying Al Harris get abused >:D
Looking really bad right here. Giants in Packer territory with 2:15 left.
Giants long snapper chokes bigtime, OVERTIME! :-D
Patriots/Giants

Giants in the Superbowl!
Forgive me if Im wrong, but isnt this the 2nd postseason overtime in a row that the packers won the toss only to have Favre throw an INT to blow the game.
Vintage Favre. Can't wait for his post game interview.
Patriots open as 14-pt favorites
The Giants. Are you f'ing kidding me, NFC??
Maybe the Eagles aren't that far off after all....
farg ELI!!
Go Patriots. :-\
The effing Giants. Jesus Christ.
Great job Favre, you farg.
I hope Eli and those clowns are completely embarrassed by Brady and company.
Christ, who do I root against? This is a farging nightmare.
Eli farging Manning is going to play in the Superbowl. Let that sink in for a second. Eli farging Manning.

My farging words exactly. The New York Giants are in the farging SuperBowl.
Eli Manning has been to as many superbowls as Donovan McNabb.

Eli Manning has been to as many Super Bowls as Peyton Manning (and in only 4 years).
Favre gives me another reason to not like him one single bit.
Well the one bright side to my sitichiation is that I live around a TON of packer fans >:D this week will be very enjoyable. :-D
Another year of Favererer jokes!
On the other side gap tooth and drunkie are going to the SB :boom
Farg you Andy, get us back damn it.

I was invited to a buddy's house for a SB party and he is from philly and we both bleed green. I plan to get drunk as hell and root against both teams.
I am starting to hate New England almost as much as the Cowboys. Well, not that much. I think the only thing I hate as much Dallas is my ex-wife.

HA! My wife asked me during the game "Why can't the Eagles get receivers like this?" "Ah, honey, the birds had Stallworth and we cut Gaffney." Her response "Eagles are farginbg stupid".
Go Bin Laden.
If you were asked "Eli and Rivers both play on the road with hot to make the super bowl, which one pulls off the upset?" would you have picked Eli?
farging Packers. farging Farve.
I went to bed last night with 1:59 on the clock and the game tied at 20.
I wake up to this. Motherfarger.

Penn State's own Jay Alford!
watching that last half performance by the Pack, was like watching the Eagles....3 and out...3 and out...3 and out...horrible playcalling. they had what a total of 40-50 yards the 2nd half...
I agree - it was exactly like watching the Eagles - bomb (incomplete), run into the line for 2 yards, bomb (incomplete), punt. How the farg did they make it that far? bastiches cost me $100
they completely abandoned the running game. a lot like the eagles.
i cant believe im saying this but i might end up rooting for the under dog.
i hate the giants but i just can never root for the favorite in the superbowl.
besides if the giants win a superbowl it might like a fire under reids fat arse.
Retard, you're living up to your name.
Rooting for the Giants is ridiculous.
ANd the Pats are going to destroy them.
I can't believe that I'm actually going to be rooting for the Pats in this game, but here we are.

Yup, because their fans, while annoying and stupid.....aren't GIants fans.
If you are rooting for the Giants, you deserve to be banned.
There is no justifying it as far as I'm concerned, I just wouldn't be happy with myself if I ever rooted for another NFC East team in the superbowl. Right now, I hate the Patriots way more than I hate the Giants, but long term, I just can't do it.

I could care less about the Patriots (you live there, its different). They bore the shtein out of me, but I just don't care about them. However, having lived 8 years in NY and surrounded by the douchebags that call themselves Giants fans...I am sickened by the outcome of last night's game.
I moved there in 1990....when the Giants won the SB. That was the same year the Eagles started off so hot and finished off like they were trying to lose every game.
I lived there when the Rangers won their first Cup in 54 years...the Flyers had just gone through YEARS of not even making the playoffs.
And when the Yankees started winning all of their World Series'. The Phillies had been Cartered a couple of years before.
:boom
I only hate the Pats because I wish the Eagles had a dream of being that good. They deserve to win this one, and win it big. The Giants have no business playing in this game.
ok well i rooted for the giants to beat the cowboys.
and i still have 2 weeks to decide but i guess i just want a close game. i dont want a pats blow out.
i hate thier coach and im starting to hate thier attitude...esp some of the guys on D.
bruschi, seau, and harrison.
lets just say i dont care for this superbowl and i wouldnt care if the giants lost but i want a close interesting game. also if this was dallas or washington i would definetly would want them to lose. i guess out of the 3 NFC east rivals the giants i hate the least for some odd reason.
4 superbowls in 7 years.
2 world series titles in 4 years.
Celtics look like the real deal.
Rude, ugly, racist, inbred douchebag population.
Hate.

Ding.
anyone in the NFC has the possibility to make it to the superbowl. giants making it is a pure example of how shteintty the NFC really is. Take The top 4 teams from the AFC, hell take all the playoff teams from the afc and put them against NFC opponents. pathetic. really pathetic
i'm pretty sure i won't even be watching the super bowl this year. i have to go to a wedding in canton ohio that weekend, so i might just take a trip to the football hall of fame so at least i'm doing something football-y on super bowl sunday.
Who the farg lives in Canton, Ohio? Jerks, that's who.
exactly. and who the farg gets married on super bowl weekend. it's not like they just decide the date a few weeks beforehand.
Clearly, this wedding will suck.

Go Bin Laden.
I said those exact words last night after the game.
I have no interest in watching the Super Bowl at all.
Official numbers won't be in for a day or two, but over 50 million people were watching the end of last nights game and the overall audience is believed to be the biggest non-Super Bowl audience in a while. Yay for big corporations.
I don't want to ever hear another word about how the eagles should have kept Al Harris...he is not "the one the got away"
Al Harris farging blows. I have never seen 1 defensive player so responsible for letting another team stay in a game than I did last night.

I still can't believe that GB left him alone on Plaxico like that so often. He was getting roasted and toasted on play after play.
A guy catches the ball 11 times and you dont have any over the top coverage? Thats right they cant--they have Steve Smith and Amani Toomer to worry about. Ha
Plaxico has been pulling this shtein all year on defenders...Al Harris damn well wouldnt be the difference. Horrible calling on GB's side
